Pet-friendly 937 Prescott is a stunning bayside escape that is unbeatable when it comes to waterfront views!

This luxurious three-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has large picture windows throughout, allowing tropical views from every angle. The lounge-style pool is new, offering a refreshing way to enjoy your vacation.

The ground-level first floor is an open "in-law suite," as it comes with a full bathroom with walk-in shower, private bedroom with queen bed, small kitchenette and a living room, with multiple exits out to the pool and patio.

The main level on the second floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private outside balcony, and a full bath with shower/tub combo in-between.

The kitchen is fit for a chef, with gorgeous cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need.

The living area has plenty of seating for family gathering and a dedicated work space with a beautiful view of the back bay.

The top level on the third floor hosts the main suite, which features a king bed, large multi-rainfall shower heads with two handheld showers, a soaking tub with its own handheld shower, and private balcony. You really feel on top of the world!

This large, luxurious pool home is located just 4 minutes from Fort Myers Beach's Times Square area where you will enjoy dining, shopping, street entertainers, public park, parasailing and 7 miles of soft white sandy beach. It's a true island paradise.

We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please inquire before booking if interested in using the boat dock. If you really love wildlife you are bound to see pelicans, fish, manatee and more!

This unit is pet-friendly with a two-pet limit; pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
