We loved our stay!! It is a beautiful home in a perfect on the beach location. Best stocked kitchen I have seen in a beach house and super clean. Our family of 12 fit great!! At the table and everything.

Loved the place! Perfect for a great family beach getaway with prime location on 30A. You walk out the back door and the private access straight to the beach. Beautiful home with everything you need.

This house is simply amazing! One level living, beach front views with an awesome deck, very clean, updated, and the hosts were so easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone who loves having everyone on one level - it really brings the family together for quality time. There are a ton of sand toys, boogie boards and skim boards which we all loved. A huge favorite was the paddle board - my kids used it several days and they loved it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Kim and Andy for everything!!

Property was just as described. Was perfect for our family vacation. Rooms worked perfect for me, my adult children and their families. Great location. Absolutely beautiful. And just steps to the ocean water. The porch was great to sit on and watch the view of the family enjoying the beach. Even saw a dolphin a couple of days. The mirrors in the Master bedroom and bathroom were placed a little high, where you couldn’t see but from the neck up, lol. Will definitely consider returning again for another stay. The host was very responsive. And enjoyed having a choice of steps or full use of ramps to get from parking level to house.

Best deck on the beach

The family loved the deck with 8 Adirondack chairs, large table and hammock. It is where we started and ended our day. All the beds were comfortable and the great room was well furnished. Everyone looks forward to returning some day.

Family beach vacation

This property met or exceeded all my expectations. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized, the open floor plan is great for socializing, the beds are comfortable and they had lots of beach gear. We spent the majority of our time on the covered deck talking and gazing at the beach. Also, the property management team was very responsive and great to work with.

Long Shore

This is home is beautifully decorated, has plenty of room for 3 couples and up to 8 children. We had a group of 11 and it was great. The kitchen is well stocked. The porch is super with plenty of chairs a hammock and a dining table. The outdoor shower is super and just steps to the beach which is not overcrowded. We loved it! Karla Cain

Always the best week!

Has been our favorite home on 30A for many years. The most well-stocked kitchen - great pots, pans, knives, baking sheets, glasses, blenders, etc etc. Beds are super comfy. Best porch on the beach. We even had rainy weather and had a ball. "Coffee River" broke through like we've never seen before. Love this house, and the new ownership is wonderful.

Great, Relaxing Week on the Beach

While we had normally booked properties further East on 30A (Seagrove Beach area), this location was only a 20-30 minute drive to get to Seaside and Watercolor shopping. This property was perfect for our party of 6 adults. The location cannot be beat: right on the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen provided everything we would want to cook our meals as well as blend our frozen drinks. The back patio was the perfect place to relax in the Gulf breeze. Stinky's Fish Camp (great restaurant & bar with live music) is just a short walk down 30A. We would definitely book again without hesitation.

The property is very clean and is in an area of 30A that is less crowded. The beach is not private, but it is much less crowded than the beach a few houses down that has a parking lot; the beach was very easy to access with a ramp vs. a bunch of steps which was a priority for me to make it easy for my parents to access. The entire family was excited about the ease of going back and forth to the beach and the great views from the deck on the back of the house! Plenty of beach equipment to borrow.The kitchen is well stocked with equipment but does not have spices, condiments, etc, which I personally prefer since I do not know who stayed before me! I do not like it when I see stuff in the fridge like you do at many rentals.Having bikes at the house was great for my family members that did not bring bikes since there are good bike trails right outside the door.Lots of hooks in the house which we love-most rentals miss that! Comfy beds!I would definitely rent this property again, but there are a few things I would prefer to be different:-no beach towels, as clearly advertised. Most beach rentals have beach towels which helps reduce the carload!-I liked that we got the list of what starters we get, which was minimal. I understand you will not be fully stocked for tp, etc, but I have appreciated better starter packages at other rentals.Overall, a great property/stay and I would recommend to others for sure!! Thank you!!!

Family beach vacation

We have been taking our family of 14 to the beach for the past 10 years. This trip was the best so far. The home is beautiful with lots of room for adults and children. Amenities exceeded our expectations. While we were used to staying on a private beach, we were concerned about not having a chair/umbrella service. This home is in a low traffic area and you’re allowed tents and umbrellas of your own. We had much more space and the family time was amazing!! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Longshore! There were 9 of us there ages 6-76 and there was more than enough room for everyone to hang out together. The couches and chairs were spacious, the dining table sat 10, 8 Adirondack chairs on the balcony along with a dining table and 6 chairs. We had a grandparent that can’t do stairs and the ramps were great for her!The location was perfect, we walked to Stinky’s fish camp, and it was a quick bike ride to the downtown area. The beach was beautiful in front of the house, and it was never really crowded. We spent lots of time out on the giant covered deck. My kids loved the paddle board that was included and the 4 included bikes. Kim & Andy are great owners! We had a minor issue the first day, and Andy came over and fixed it. I highly recommend this house, and hope to be back again next year!

#1 Beach House on 30A

There is SO MUCH perfection at Longshore!!! Ideal for large gatherings. Literally EVERYTHING you might need or want, even things you wouldn’t think of, for a PERFECT, relaxing good time. Too many to list!!! If you can think of it, it’s there!! We have stayed at several homes on 30A through the years in the same area and were always dissatisfied. You will not be dissatisfied at Longshore!! We will be booking Longshore for all future annual Florida family get togethers. Thanks Kim and Andy for all the considerations you put into the Beach House.

Public beach! Not private!

They advertise that the house is on a private beach (like most houses on dune Allen) but it’s very much a public beach. The public access is right next to the house! So you have ppl walking on a public boardwalk right next to yours all day. It’s public beach everywhere in front of the house and down some. This makes it extremely hard to find a company that will set your chairs/ umbrellas up because it’s not private! They also did not tell us that major construction was going on next door so we got woken up every morning by 7! We also couldn’t enjoy the nice patio on back because it was so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation with someone sitting next to you. Very unhappy to have spent $9000 for a public beach and construction from 7am- 5 pm.

Beautiful house with amazing patio

The house is very nice. The patio is the best part of the house, it’s very spacious with lots chairs to relax and enjoy the beach view. It also has dining table with chairs . There is one important thing everyone needs to know. The hygiene items ( shampoo, shower gel, etc, )are hotel size, enough just for one use. The kitchen is very well equipped. But there is absolutely nothing available for cooking, not even salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil. You have to buy everything if you plan to cook. It was very inconvenient for us, as we had a big family. Just make a list ahead of time what you will need for cooking. My suggestion is to do a drive up from Walmart. The manager/ owner says there is usually stuff left over from previous owners. But for us it was empty, nada. My guess that cleaning people might take or throw everything. The owners need to figure it out. Oh, and there are no beach towels as well.

Our family loved our stay at Longshore!! It was perfect. The beds and bedding were so comfy. The house was clean. We loved all the kitchen appliances and utensils. It made cooking so easy. The walk to the beach and the views from the porch was perfect! We will definitely stay again!
