Your perfect vacation awaits in this multi-level condo just a 5 minute walk from Main Street or an easy 5 minute transit ride to Deer Valley Lifts. 3 private en-suite bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a modern living area, AND a private hot tub! Multiple decks and patios provide the perfect way to spend time with family and friends. Park City transit is right out the door and only 5 minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain.

When you enter you will find a small bench and hooks for all of your ski gear, boots, and shoes (there is also ski storage in the garage). As you enter to the left you will find the first bedroom with a queen bed, loads of natural light, a TV with Roku, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Up the first set of stairs is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds both with twin beds, doors to its own outside patio area, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower!

Up the next set of stairs, you will find a cozy Living area with a big leather couch, soft accent chairs, a gas fireplace, doors to the outside balcony, and a 50-inch TV with Apple TV and a sound bar. There is also a Sonos speaker next to the couch so you can listen to your favorite tunes while you hang out or play games with the family.

On the next floor you will find our fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to create your own home cooked meals (including Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil), both drip coffee and Nespresso machine (a start of coffee will be provided for your stay), a dining table with seating for 6 and doors to outside patio where you will find the charcoal grill. There is also a half bathroom just to the right of the kitchen by the stairs.

On the way up to the final level of this beautiful condo you will find a door to the patio with your very own private hot tub. As well as the washer and dryer. Then finally the master bedroom.

The master suite has a King-sized bed with twin trundle for extra sleeping space, a TV with Roku, a dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and monitor, big, beautiful windows on both sides of the room that let in loads of natural light, and en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a window A/C unit and a ceiling fan for added comfort in the summer months.

The whole space is yours with the exception of one owner's closet.

The condo has independent check-in so you can come and go at your leisure. We are, however, just a text away for any questions you may have.
