Dream cottage downtown Nantucket... Head up Main Street to your historic 1850 fully renovated cottage! HUGE back yard and brick patio with large table and umbrella and outdoor gas grill. A ten minute walk from the bustling town center, we are on a lovely dead end road—two bedrooms with bonus sleeping areas that has everything you will need for a beautiful vacation. Ten minute drive to most southside beaches, we have beach chairs and umbrellas, a patio, table and chairs and barbecue grill, lovely gardens and, did I mention, a HUGE back yard as well as plenty of parking, internet, and more. Charming decor, well appointed kitchen, this lovely, charming home sleeps 5 people comfortably. Five night minimum stay in season.
If you are looking for quiet and privacy, lots of space and parking but still in the heart of the downtown historic area then look no more. The featured cottage is next door to our additional three bedroom listing, 6 Lowell Place-perfect family compound opportunity to share a HUGE property with mom & Dad or in-laws or a couples retreat. Also lends itself beautifully to a celebration or wedding venue with plenty of room to entertain under a large tent. 10 minute walk down historic cobbled Main Street amongst the gorgeous Whaling Mansions to shops, harbor and delectable restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and already can’t wait to come back again! This cottage has a lot of charm, and was the perfect distance to downtown Nantucket, and located in a beautiful and quaint neighborhood!

Wonderful vacation getaway!

This was a perfect house for our visit! Centrally located so an easy walk to town and a quick trip to all the beaches. Nice, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Exactly what we needed. Simple, clean and close to town. Lovely little home and had a great time on the island. Host was very responsive and the kids loved the big back yard.

Perfect in-town cottage for family of 3

My husband, teenage son and I loved staying at this cottage. We stayed at the owner's other property earlier this summer when we had more people with us. The experience and property were so great we tried the smaller cottage this time and were equally impressed. Location to town and beach is ideal, cleanliness was perfect. It all worked very well for us including the outdoor dining table and outside shower. I highly recommend this property for a family of 3.

Quiet location close to town

Super convenient, location, quiet. The house was just the right size with all the right amenities. Very large land, fire pits and outdoor dining. We had a great stay.

Nantucket Cottage

Lovely cottage in the absolute perfect location. Short 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Nice outdoor shower, bonfire pit and outdoor space including a bbq to grill up the fresh caught bluefish. Our family bikes the entire island from here, quick access to most bike paths.

Cozy Cottage Close to Town

Cozy cottage in an excellent location if you want to be close to town. The space is perfect for a couple with 1 or 2 young children.

Historic Cottage -

There were 4 of us and this historic little cottage met our needs. We had privacy on the dead end street and easy access to town. The cottage itself is small but charming. It fit our needs just fine. Lovely outdoor area to sit and relax, play games and grill. The owner was very flexible & easily accessible. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor showers. Thank you for a great time at your cozy cottage!

Great property !

We had an amazing week in Nantucket. House was just what we needed - perfect for the 3 of us. (note : second bedroom is tiny with only a twin bed. Main house on property is much bigger if you have more than 5 people) Location was perfect, In town but tucked on a side street with huge yard and lots of outdoors seating.. We felt like we were further out in countryside. We rode bikes everywhere.! Definetly will stay there next summer. Thank you Deirdre❤️
