Experience the newly renovated Nantucket Cottage, a perfect family getaway that is both neat and clean. You will have exclusive use of the entire home, sharing it only with guests in your party. A sofabed is available for a fifth person to stay at no additional cost.

Please note that we have Ring Floodlight Cameras installed at the front door for motion-activated monitoring.

Everything was great! Took us awhile to find the utensils drawer which was in the dining room not the kitchen. The lights on a sensor and timer were a slight problem as we had someone sleeping on the pull out couch and any movement would turn the lights on. Also, the lights on the porch are sensitive and would send light flooding into the room. We adjusted the angle of the flood lights and that seemed to help. Other than these minor things our stay was great!! We would definitely stay again!!

Great location right along the bike path with easy access to a bike rental shop and multiple breakfast places! The cottage was great size for us and had everything we needed! We look forward to returning to Nantucket!

The cottage was convenient to downtown (1.5 miles), and off of a major thoroughfare to get around anywhere else on the island. There was a bus stop nearby, but we didn't use it since we had a car. The neighborhood was busy in the early morning, because it seemed this was a "locals" area, and they were up early bustling and getting ready for work. Bicycle rentals were very close by, and 45 Surfside was a cute and tasty cafe to get lunches to go for our day at the beach. From the photo listing, we thought this was a stand alone cottage, but we shared walls with other tenants, therefore we could hear conversations unless the bedroom fans were running. We didn't use the kitchen at all for our short stay, but it had everything you would need to make meals. The washer / dryer was a bonus, and worked great! The entire cottage was so clean, and decorated nicely. Also, there were SO many plush towels for bath and the beach. We used the beach chairs one day, and they also had a beach umbrella. We would stay again due to the ease of getting in/out, and the cleanliness and comfort of the cottage.

Lovely accommodations

Lovely accommodations mid island amidst what appeared to be a blue collar neighborhood. About ten minutes from center of Nantucket and a half hour out to Madaket. Our only transportation were bicycles and we enjoyed the many bike paths on island.

I was on a Father / Daughter trip celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday. We began our trip in Chatham Cape Cod, then Martha's Vineyard and finished in Nantucket, which was our favorite location. Loved the cute cottage atmosphere and only wish we were a bit closer to town, but the mid island bus made it so easy to get back and forth. I will definitely recommend your cottage to my friends

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this house! Perfect for our group size. It was a little hard to figure out how to check in. The door is on the left of the building…might be helpful to note that for future renters. We also would’ve loved to have a blender in the kitchen, but other than that it was awesome! Super cute place :)

No frills but neat and clean

A little confusing to find at first, and lacking in a hot tub, but as a clean and comfy place for four tired sailors to stay after a long day on the water, totally fine. Nice to have a washer dryer. Coffee stuff was a plus, though the creamers in the fridge had curdled. Overall comfy and safe and we slept well, but pretty basic.

Inside was clean and very comfortable. All updated. More communication leading up to the stay would have been preferred but all worked out. There is no hot tub as listing suggests. This is in a residential area of local cottages so aside from a small deck for outdoor sitting I would not expect exterior ambiance. We enjoyed our stay and it worked for our needs.

September Stay for Wedding

The front door to the attached apartment is actually on the side of the house. This was confusing when we checked in. There are multiple front doors. Everything was clean, well stocked and lovely. Our only issue was that there was a problem with the boiler in the basement under the apartment during our stay. We experienced on and off loud humming sound through the heat vents even though we were not using the heat. The owners were responsive to direct chats through the Vrbo App. I would check to make sure this issue was resolved before booking again. Great central lovation!

A cute cottage about 2 miles away from the ferry and the beach. Everything was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The only hiccup was when we first arrived…the house number is not clearly displayed and there are multiple doors. A little clearer communication there would be appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to return.

My friends and I had a great time staying here for the weekend! It was our first time in Nantucket and the place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the host’s communication with me, we were able to drop our bags off early which was nice since we didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay here again!

Small but clean and everything we needed

We had a great time. Cleanliness is top on my list when staying in a VRBO and this one was well-taken care of and I saw nothing that concerned me. We took the free bus system everywhere and I enjoyed running the nearby trails. We didn’t cook anything but breakfast there but it had everything we needed.

Stay was great. Very nice place. I did note that two of the window blinds would not open and need a little repair. Didn’t spoil the stay, but thought you would want to know.

Nantucket review

This property was very clean and well situated to access the town and several beaches by bicycle. Several casual restaurants within walking distance. No issue with obtaining timely information bee/lyft rides. Property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!
