Peaceful and quiet ocean-side neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Ellis Landing Beach, a mile-long sandy beach. Defined by understated furnishings throughout, this home is a serene beach retreat.

Total of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with central AC and heat throughout. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and their own private, en-suite bathrooms.

Located right across the street from Ocean Edge Resort, and a close walk or drive to all of the best restaurants, cafes, and antique shops in Brewster!

The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location is great for heading out to just about anywhere on the Cape. It is on a busy street, but it is very quiet at night, so we did not mind. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A great place to stay!

Best in Brewster!

This home was great the moment we stepped through the front doors! Very well located, charming, spacious, and well priced. My family and I come to the Cape every year, and this by far was our best stay. Thank you Jean!

Gem of Brewster

Home away from home on the Cape ~~ Our experience began months before as we planned our Fall booking; our host was gracious and accommodating as we finalized the details of our stay. We arrived to a spacious and charming residence that was well-appointed and provisioned with the comforts of home - an experience that began in the driveway and front door, through the bright, open living and dining areas, down to ground floor and enclosed garden. Even considering its intimate proximity to our favorite haunts, Ellis Landing Beach and the Brewster Book Store, we were happy to spend a lot of quality time "at home". We were grateful for a host who provided for such a memorable stay, and our only regret was that it came to an end.

Amazing house and so centrally located!

We love Brewster and this house was just the best as you can literally walk to most of our favorite stops from the Snowy Owl to fish and chips at JTs, all just 5 minutes away. The beach is a 10 minute walk and Oceans Edge is directly across the street with a huge front lawn that our kids loved. House itself was perfect for our family of five.

Excellent stay

Spacious and immaculately cleaned. Loved having the provided house slippers by the door. Property was perfectly located and very quiet at night. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in Brewster

We spent a few days in January here as a quick winter getaway. The property was very clean and nicely remodeled. Although the home is on a main road, the back and side yard are fenced in which was perfect for our dogs. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property, and we hope to visit next time in the summer!

Lux Farmhouse in Brewster provided an idyllic setting for our holiday weekend family gathering, creating an unforgettable experience in the heart of Cape Cod tranquility. The three spacious bedrooms, each boasting an en-suite bathroom, with linens and towels provided. The newly renovated kitchen proved to be a culinary haven, equipped with everything one might need for cooking a fabulous breakfast, pre-dinner cocktails, or grilling dinner. The coffee bar with an espresso machine was a bonus. A special nod to Jean, our gracious host, whose responsiveness, and unwavering readiness to assist added an extra layer of hospitality to our stay. Whether it was a query about the property or a local recommendation, Jean's attentiveness contributed to the overall positive experience. In summary, Lux Farmhouse stands out as a haven of comfort and sophistication, making it the ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and well-appointed retreat. Cute house. Great area.

Stayed at this cute cottage for 3 nights. We were 3 couples. It was great that each room had its own bathroom. Location was great. It's directly across the street from the Ocean Edge Resort. Communication with the property management was great and prompt. Can't recommend this place enough!!!

Week stay.

This house is so pretty. It gets so much natural light and has a lot of space. The beds are very comfortable and the host has supplied a lot of necessities. The games were great for late night fun and the espresso machine was a great morning treat.

Weekend in Brewster!

A great property for our weekend stay in the Cape! Three well-sized bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and lots of space for storage made it comfortable and allowed everyone their own private space. Brand new kitchen, fully stocked and ready for cooking and entertaining. Jean, our host was super responsive and ready to help at anytime. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely, unique, spacious home in Brewster, MA

We had a thoroughly delightful stay at Jean’s impeccably clean and hospitable property. Three dear friends who came for a writing retreat, we had plenty of space to spread out and hunker down to write during the days. We prepared most of our meals in the well-designed kitchen and enjoyed eating in the sun-drenched dining area overlooking the backyard. We each appreciated having our own comfortable room, each with its own bathroom. One evening we walked across the street to the Ocean’s Edge Resort where we dined in an outdoor igloo—super-festive and fun! We couldn’t have asked for a sweeter setting for our second annual writing retreat on the Cape; we hope to come back next year for our third!

Perfect Rental

This home was the best we've ever rented. Jean was the perfect host. She was readily available for anything that we needed. The house is absolutely beautiful! Well stocked with everything we needed, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. The perfect location for us. From what I understand from locals that we spoke to, the location is perfect for an in season vacation as well. We hope to be back next year for a vacation not so packed full with wedding events. Thank you so much Jean for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Excellent Cape Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect, and we had every possible item we could need during our stay. Location is pretty good with plenty of food and antiquing options nearby. We highly recommen staying here!

Great stay in Brewster

We rented this property for one last long weekend before my kids started school. The house was wonderful ... very clean, was stocked with extra linens and all the kitchenware items we needed. The sunroom that runs along the entire back of the house is gorgeous. Our kids especially liked the games and Foosball table in the basement because we did have one rainy afternoon. The house is in a great location to visit any local beach and the shops/eateries in town. Have to cross 6A to get to sidewalk on other side of street for walking, but most drivers are friendly and stopped to let our family of 5 cross safely! We enjoyed our stay very much!
