Summer calendar is still open in our home in Colorado! You can hike right behind the house to see views of the beautiful lake. Whether you are sitting on the back deck, the front deck, or in the HOT TUB, you can view the stars and the cliffs. And don't forget to bring smore's to cook on the fire pit. Cliffside is the perfect home to escape to and unwind with family and friends. Just a 7-minute drive to Purgatory Mountain where you can mountain bike, paddle board, mountain coaster, mountain slide, etc.
This 4 bedroom home with added basement bunkroom and a bonus loft backs up to beautiful views of cliffs and mountains. The back deck has a grill and firepit to watch hummingbirds and enjoy the scenery of the cliffs. Newly installed AC unit for those who are escaping the heat in the summer.

We know you will enjoy gathering with family and friends in the open concept floor plan. This 3 story home has plenty of room to spread out. As you walk in the entrance you will find the mud room is the perfect location to keep your skis, kayak, and outdoor activity gear. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 refrigerators, cookware, bakeware, utensils, place settings for 20, with a kitchen table to seat 6-10 depending on how many you can squeeze on the bench, plus 2 additional bar stools. On the main floor are two more QUEEN bedrooms with 1 bathroom outside these rooms. Two KING bed master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the top floor with a loft between them with a QUEEN sleeper sofa.

In the basement you enjoy a large game room with ping pong, pop a shot (basketball), darts, and a 55 in TV with playstation. There is also a game closet with several games including monopoly, scrabble, puzzles, checkers, chess, tic tac toe etc. The kids can sleep in the custom made bunk room with 7 twin beds. If you have littles there is 1 crib, a high chair, baby bouncer and baby toys, along with a roll out bed for toddlers who prefer not to sleep in the crib. This should help decrease stress of packing all the extras for the littles. This property is pet friendly with prior approval and additional fee.

When staying at our retreat you have loads of fun in the hot tub, game room, firepit, grilling outside and spending time with family. But if you are here for the outdoor fun, know we are steps away from hiking, mountain biking, 5 minute drive to purgatory ski resort, 20 minutes from town, plus fly fishing, ATV riding, ziplining, kayaking, white water rafting and plenty more.

Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Your Family Retreats to sign at time of booking.

A friendly reminder before your book your stay, is to remember this is a family-owned home. We simply ask that you treat our home with the same respect you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guests, pets and gatherings, we are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having unauthorized gatherings, pets, or guests with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
