You may even catch a glimpse of a seal or a whale in season! Situated on Camano Island's historic Tyee Beach, this house has it all- a fully equipped kitchen with nespresso coffee maker, toaster, stainless appliances, whole house AC, work space and wireless internet. Outdoor boasts a private yard with hot tub, cozy chair swing and a roof top deck with gas fire pit and grill for alfresco dining and relaxing. Come and experience tranquility at its fullest.

Parking notes: One parking space is available across street from the house. Electric car charging available in garage. Please let us know if you need charger when booking.
Stay: Holiday weekends have 3 night minimum stay
Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have outdoor cameras only facing front door and patio entrances.
Gas Grill / Fire pit: Let us know if propane tank goes empty during your stay and you need to switch to the other tank. So we can refill and our next guests can enjoy too!
We request guests to please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.

Other Things to Note:
The community is accessed via a steep hill. Ice/snow is infrequent in the winter, though please be advised it is possible and use caution while driving. Power outages may occur occasionally. Please note the rooftop deck and outdoor areas may be wet and slippery during the winter/rainy season.

Interaction with Guests:
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay at the Whale Gazer, so please make yourselves at home. We are available for you, but our level of interaction is up to you. You can quickly and easily access us by Vrbo messenger or a phone call in case of an emergency. For all life threatening emergencies, please contact 911 first and foremost.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with use of the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that use of the hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person use of the hot tub if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot tub. All Vrbo Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo Guests and Vrbo Host.
