The location
Our condo is in the perfect location – stroll down the private tropical grounds and into Kam II – one of the best beaches in Kihei! Kam II is a 2-acre beach park that features a lifeguard station, picnic tables, grills & restrooms, and is one of the best swimming beaches with its soft, “sugar sand”. Swim with turtles and watch the sunset over Kahoolawe and Molokini islands from the shore. In the winter months, you can enjoy whale watching from this beautiful local beach.

Everything you need is just steps away… Start off your morning right with a bagel sandwich and espresso at Beach Street Maui Shave Ice, enjoy watching the sunset and having a mango margarita and delicious Mexican food at Fred’s, line up with the local’s for one of the best cinnamon rolls of your life at The Cinnamon Roll Place, and pick up beach toys or grocery essentials from Waler’s General store – all right around the corner from your stay!

For nightlife and more activities, find an open-air market just five minutes away with amazing locally sourced gifts and clothing, several amazing bars and restaurants (including Three’s Bar & Grill and Ohana Seafood) with outdoor seating and live music, and a koi pond that runs through the middle of it.

The Condo
This bright and airy condo sleeps four guests. Upon arrival you will be greeted with the calm cool colors of the ocean and the beautiful bright greens of the well-kept grounds. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour on the lanai bistro table overlooking the tropical landscaping and pool, which is surrounded by lit tiki torches at night.

During the day, take advantage of the beach with all of our beach gear. We have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers (large and small, depending on your needs), towels, and a beach bag. Load it all up in the collapsible beach wagon and stroll down to the beach.

You will enjoy cooking in the newly remodeled well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, new cookware and knives, and plenty of counterspace! The open concept kitchen opens to the living room with tile flooring (so don’t worry about getting sand anywhere!) and a lovely view of the garden and pool below. There is a desk space for those working during their stay, and comfortable table and barstool seating. Cards, games and books are kept there for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of storage space, a memory foam mattress and both down pillows and cooling luxury Beckham hotel pillows. The living room has a new memory foam pull out sleeper sofa with plenty of additional linens, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is newly remodeled in modern gray and white, and a tile surround in the tub.

Kihei Akahi sits on six and a half acres of beautiful tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, four large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office and library on site! Shops, restaurants and more walking distance from your unit, making this location a prime spot for vacationers.
