Includes: Hot Tub, Pool Table, Ring Game, Movie Theater, Poker Table, darts and more! Great for family fun, Wedding Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette and weekly/weekend getaways and more! This house is yards away from the popular CLE sign and the brand new TOWPATH! This location is arguably the best in the city.

Please note that we have security cameras on the property for safety reasons. They are located at the front entrance and the back entrance, overseeing the whole backyard.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to downtown and the trendy Tremont area. Only 15/20 min from the Westside. Everything was clean and the hot tub was a great way to relax. The movie room is super fun for movies and sports games.

This was a great place for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids) to stay for the week. There was more than enough space, and we all loved spending our downtime in the basement. Progressive Field, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Zoo, and the Cleveland Art Museum were all easy drives, and we tried lots of good food nearby.

Great Cleveland Mini Getaway

Did a mini getaway to Cleveland with my wife and some friends. Saw the hot tub and movie room in the listing, and thought it was the perfect place to stay. House was perfect for us, slept two couples, no problem. Hot tub was nice, but bugs were out in force, so pack the bug spray. Civilization cafe down the street was amazing for morning coffee. Will likely stay here for our next visit!

Great Place!

We had a great stay, the location is perfect. The beds are super comfy, and hot tub was clean and relaxing with plenty of privacy. Lots of food options within walking distance. Saved to favorites!

Spacious house with lot of amenities

Clean, spacious place with responsive hosts and great amenities. Would definitely stay again. Just a couple things to note: primary bedroom doesn’t have space for folded clothes and bedroom just has blinds (no curtains), so bring a sleep mask if you’re easily awoken by light.

Great spot for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, especially because of the giant game room and movie space in the basement. The house was very clean and had what we needed to be comfortable. Brian was responsive when we had questions about the hot tub. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog and the house was convenient to restaurants, a walking path, and downtown. We also used it as a home base for visiting the national park.

Great trip!

The house was absolutely fantastic, completely accurate to the listing. Brian communicated throughout, just to check if we needed anything, which I always find to be a nice touch. The basement, in particular, was the best part. The movie theater section was so comfortable that we really didn’t use the other 3 TV’s in the home, the game console is just that - an arcade game console with several versions of Pac-Man, and Galaga. The pool table is freshly felted (as of this week ☺️). The location is close to great activities, specifically the Weat Side Market (food was amazing). So, first trip to Cleveland in the books! Thank you, Brian (and partners) for your hospitality!!

Great get away

The location was great for doing anything in Cleveland. The games in the basement were fun for the kids. We all loved the hot tub. Walking distance to several fun restaurants.

Amazing Place

Was there for a cavs game. 8 of us rented this place for the weekend. Host was amazing. Property was amazing. Proximity to downtown was, you guessed it, amazing. 100% would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed at this place just to have a little get away weekend in Cleveland and it is in a good spot, close to everything. All the amenities were perfect and it was a great spot to just hang out and relax all weekend. Would definitely stay here again, and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks!

Fun House near downtown

You can walk to a ton of restaurants and breweries and this house is great for families or a group of friends. The downstairs is great for game nights and entertaining. Also, check out Cloak and Dagger if you like cocktails, its less than half a mile away and is absolutely incredible.

Cleveland for a NBA Game

The location was perfect for our trip! Close to the city without staying in the city. Attended a Cavs game, explored the city & visited The Christmas Story house, Browns Stadium & the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. House was cosy & the basement offered lots of entertainment!
