Exclusive JR Suite at the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach

The room has a balcony overlooking the ocean and intercostal. You can enjoy the services of the hotel, swimming pool, spa, inclusive parking, beach and restaurants, as well as exclusive LIV nightclub.

Junior suite for 4 people. Between a king's bed and a king-sized sofa that acts like the full-sized sleeping couch in the living room. To accommodate the fifth, you can rent a knee, which can be taken to the room at the request of an additional 45 dollars each night or a maximum of 200 dollars + taxes each (if you rent for 5 nights or more)

The rates is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pool, etc) 1 valet parking spot ($ 50 /day value) and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa (100 Value) for each unit. Please note only hotel charges not included in the rate are hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.

There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel.
1.Everyday cleaning $50 per cleaning.
2. Every other day cleaning $50 per cleaning (for 3 nights plus)
3. Check out cleaning fee $175 ( one time fee-no service provided-recommended for longer stays of a week or longer) price quote are not included taxes.

HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $175 per day (per suite) in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in the room is not prepaid.
CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM – Depending on housekeeping turnover.
Late check ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM –Able to accommodate late check out depending on availability, nothing guaranteed buy it could be a possibility.
