Jefferson Vineyard (1 min), Ash Lawn (3 min), Carter's Mountain & Michie Tavern (5 min), Downtown Open-Air Mall (14 min). Relax with a cold drink on the front porch or enjoy views of the mountains and pond from the back deck. There is plenty of space to breathe here. Feel free to snack on whatever we have. Great views & country feeling but close to everything. Relax & make yourself at home! Note that the 4th bed (queen) is located in the sitting room off the master bedroom. Exceptional rental! I’ve stayed at plenty of Vrbo rentals, and I have never had one that offered a wide array of food and drinks available upon arrival. It was amazing. The whole experience was fabulous. From rental to check in and through check out, everything went smoothly. Besides the kitchen amenities, the house has spectacular views, especially in the fall when we were there. Bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped, as was the living room. I highly recommend this rental. Thanks, Jeff!

Well stocked home! Plenty of towels and pillows! A fully stocked kitchen including snacks and drinks. This was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the cool evenings and had plenty of room to play board games and enjoy meals with the family for a 60th birthday celebration. It was a very nice stay close to downtown, breweries, and wineries. King bed was very comfortable. The queen beds were a bit firm for our families comfort, but if you like a firm mattress you will be happy.

Best bnb rental I've ever had. Jeff's communication was timely and helpful, with an early and very easy check in. The house had all the essentials there and waiting for us (food, drinks, and more). You can't help but feel right at home here.

Very beautiful home and property! The most amenities I’ve ever seen in a rental. The property manager really takes care of people who rent his home if you stay here make sure you go by the house first before going to the store or anything else because he has Food and drinks along with every spice you’ll need to cook!! Relaxing retreat with refreshments

Had a great stay!

The farmhouse was exactly as advertised and shown. Jeff was a great host who was readily available and responsive to any question or issue. My sister and I were treating my father for his 85th birthday and the farhouse was the perfect place in the perfect location for it as we felt right at home. Being a short drive away from anywhere we wanted to go while having the quiet privacy of the location was was the icing on the cake. A lot of memories were made this weekend that include the farmhouse. Can't wait to come back!

Awesome property

This property was awesome! The house was great and the host Jeff was awesome to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our family consisted of 4 adults, and 2 children. We had so much room to play and enjoy our time. We were so thankful that the host stocked the pantry and the refrigerator. We also liked the array of games. This property is beautiful and roomy.. we cannot wait to stay here again! This house is beautiful and we loved it.

Great location and spacious

We were 4 adults visiting the area and couldn’t be more pleased with how convenient the house was to various wineries, historic sites, and downtown C’ville. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and provided a nicely stocked kitchen and fridge. Lots of space to spread out and comfy beds. We would rent again.

Waters family and friends visit

Beautiful house and property and very well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for all the attractions we visited. We especially appreciated the address sign that glowed in the dark, very helpful for coming back at night! Very generous with sharing food and beverages. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. We highly recommend for your home away from home. Enjoy!

Beautiful Weekend

Very impressed with the property. The house had all the amenities yu could want. We sat outside watching the birds and the view was spectacular. We were celebrating 53 years since we graduated from college. Highly recommend visiting Monticello get the full package. Went to several vineyards but make sure you go to the Trump vineyard. The views and hospitallity were incredible. My husband wants to go now.

Winery Weekend

This house is in the perfect location! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the hummingbirds and two fawns playing in the field. There was a path mowed to the pond and we loved taking a walk there. Very clean house! Can't wait to stay again!
