Fully equipped kitchen. Amazing location in Chevy Chase, 2 blocs to Friendship Heights Metro, across the street from restaurants, movie theater, shops, and a beautiful park. Parking for 1 car is included. The owner can provide extra items upon request. The minimal stay is 6 months, price is negotiable

Lounge and reading chairs, dining table for 6. Large windows with full view overlooking west landscape of Chevy Chase from the height of the 19th floor. New kitchen cabinets, granite counters, hypo-allergenic rugs and laminated floors, 2 smart TVs. All appliances and kitchen utensils included. Many amenities in this centrally located property: sundeck and gym; on-site mini-mart, restaurant, and a 24-hour concierge.
