This 2-bed, 2-bath oceanfront condo features unobstructed views of the Gulf Coast, and the pristine beach is just moments away. As soon as you arrive, you'll want to kick off your shoes and relax on the balcony or head straight to the water. Plus, this Pointe West property offers amenities to fit all lifestyles. It's perfect for a quick getaway or a relaxing week at the beach for the whole family.

The comfortable living room looks out towards the Gulf Coast and the large balcony has plenty of seating for everyone. The couch pulls out to a full sleeper to accommodate additional guests. High speed WIFI and HD television are also available in this unit. The kitchen has full size appliances, dishes, cookware - everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay at Pointe West.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the water and access to the large balcony. It has a freshly painted private bath and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a nearby full-size bath. There also is a stacked washer and dryer to rinse all the sand off your clothes after a day at the beach.

When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring are your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sunscreen, food and you! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, and basic spices.

Pointe West is an exclusive resort-like community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, and gas and charcoal grills for guests to use during their stay. Enjoy the recently reopened The Pointe Restaurant and Bar, smore’s by the Sunset Pool, kid’s crafts, dive-in movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).

Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us. We have information on these and other items you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.

You are about 30 minutes from downtown Galveston (The Strand), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 25 minutes away, so we recommend stopping on your way in, so you never have to leave your vacation getaway!







WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
