Loft style living in the heart of the best part of Puerto Vallarta! Close to the stunning cultural center of the city. You'll be a 2 minute walk to the Malecon, central plaza and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, dine. shop and sightsee and then return to one of the most spectacular rooftop pools in the area to cool down and relax. This 1 bedroom 1 Bath apartment is in a fresh modern rebuilt (2014) 6 Unit condo building nestled on one of the famous cobblestone streets of the Centro Zone.

*** POOL WORK - The building has informed us that the pool will be closed for a period of 2 weeks starting April 8, 2024 while it undergoes repair/maintenance. We have reduced the nightly rate to accommodate this amenity closure during this period. Thank you for understanding.

Other things to Note:
*** CONSTRUCTION NOISE - Please be aware that a construction project next to our building has resumed as of 08Jul24, resulting in considerable noise. Management is working to address this, but we do not have a confirmed end date. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Please ensure to follow te building rules as no parties and laud noise after 10 pm, do not move around the sun beds, use consciously the mobility, respect others space.
The rooftop pool is heated Nov - April, during the summer months the sun heats it nicely each day.
Due to building HOA rules we are only permitted to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 days, thanks for understanding.

***Church Noise Notice***Please be aware there is noise from both clock and bell coming from the church right next to the building. Most guest won't notice it but if you have a light sleep it may impact you. We do provide ear plugs and a noise cancellation machine.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
