About the property:
Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Rapid City. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.

What guests love about our listing:

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥The bathroom is on the lower level and both bedrooms are upstairs. If you need to use the bathroom during the night you'll have to go down the stairs.
➥There are two houses on the same lot so parking is shared but there is plenty for everyone
➥The basement has a sump pump. You can occasionally hear soft hum from the battery charging. A small fan has been provided in case guests prefer some white noise in the background.
➥No central air conditioning. Three window A/C units are provided during the summer months and the lower level typically remains cool even during the summer. South Dakota also has cooler evening temperatures so windows can be opened to create a nice cool breeze

Our home sleeps six guests with two queen beds and one queen sized sofa sleeper.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest
➥Extra sheets are provided in case they are needed

Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.

Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.

-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.

- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.

- No pets allowed in the home.

- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.

- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

- The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.

- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $250, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
