River Trail House - River and 4 Bedrooms

Make some memories at this unique, private, family-friendly place!

We offer River "Access" and four Bedrooms with two bathrooms. Best of all, your family pet is welcome!

The River is Not visible from the house, but it's just a short walk down the driveway to your little beach. (The other side of the river is a vacation rental, too, so you may see other people!)

This home offers four bedrooms: two with King-Size Beds and two with queen-size beds. Two shared bathrooms are in the hallway. There is a living room and a fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include a full-size pool table, dart board, WiFi, Netflix, and Propane BBQ—yes, we supply the propane, washer and dryer, and Outdoor Patio Furniture. You can also explore the four acres of land for additional activities.


***River access is yours to enjoy with family and friends, although You cannot see the river from the house. Please be advised the river is a short walk from the house and not recommended for guests with stability issues as it is a dirt path with rocks***

Great house and amazing river access ! Probably one of the best spot possible along the river. We really enjoyed the house and it’s distribution with the game room being far away from the rooms. We will certainly come back if we can.

Beautiful home

We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying near Sequoia NP. The home is beautiful with everything you need. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting very close to Sequoia NP.

Peaceful, spacious, clean, with ample towels and extra bedding. Simple checkout. Very good and prompt communication. Lots of wildlife right out the front door; mule deer, quail, turkeys, woodpeckers, and more. Loved my mornings on the porch! Not to mention just minutes from the park entrance.

Family weekend

The house was absolutely perfect. Location was perfect. The walk to the river is as advertised & amazing views & privacy. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plates & utensils for our party of 9. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. I would highly recommend this house & i hope to return.

November Stay near River

This lovely home situated near the Kaweah River is a great spot to launch Sequoias National Park adventures from. Evenings by the fire or around the pool table round out the experience nicely.

lovely private home

Family had a lot of fun playing pool and going down to the river although we couldn't swim because of a temporary algae issue. Nice neighborhood, well kept home.

Super clean and quiet

Perfect for our three families with small children. The house is well stocked with cookery and nice open layout is good for kids and adults. Lots of outside area to play in. Super clean and comfortable.

River Fun

We just visited in July 2024 and were very pleased with the house cleanliness and layout it was perfect for our yearly family trip. Close enough to visit the Sequoia's and Kings Canyon area but the highlight was the river for us! Just down the driveway a perfect beach and swimming hole, the whole family loved it!

This home has everything. We were so comfortable, played pool, fished, hiked, and cooked on a great grill. Perfect, quiet and easy to get to , so close the the south entrance os Sequoia Kings Canyon. Absolutely perfect

Great spot to hang out with family

Went with family for a visit to Sequoia. Proximity to the park, market and restaurants was terrific. The home is spotless, well supplied for cooking needs, has comfortable beds with nice linens, bathrooms have plentiful nice quality towels, ample space for dining and hanging out in the living room, and everyone enjoyed the use of the pool table. Additionally, we loved the short walk to a beautiful, private spot on the river, and enjoyed sitting in the chairs on the front porch watching the quail, turkeys, jays, and hummingbirds. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect House for Family Visit to Sequoia

We had two families (with 2 kids each) stay for four nights as a jumping off point for our exploration of Sequoia National Park. The house was very clean, just as advertised. It fit us perfectly. Very close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park and a short drive to all that Three Rivers has to offer as well. The kitchen was EXTREMELY well stocked with any appliance or tool you might ever want or need. It was a VERY hot few days and A/C worked perfectly keeping us all cool while inside. Highly recommend.

Ideal Home Base For Our Family Getaway!

The home was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. The location near Sequoia made it easy for our family of 6 to explore the park without having to venture too far at the end of the day. The home was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. There was a maintenance issue with one of the showers and the responsiveness was incredibly quick. Not sure how the repairman got there so fast! We were there in the "offseason," so restaurants were limited, but we HIGHLY recommend Tony's Taverna on Wheels! If we make a return trip to the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good except for unusable internet

Spacious and well furnished; comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped. The maintenance guy was good -- he came and replaced a couple of light bulbs that went out. But the stay was marred by the following issues: * Internet unusable for the entire stay; host was unable to address the issue and basically said "we are at the mercy of the Internet provider". There was a house phone which was supposed to be on a landline but even that was not usable to reach the main rental office. * Power went out without warning in the morning of the last day; this caused a severe drop in water pressure which made it difficult wash, shower etc. * We saw a mouse running around in the living room.

Great stay!

Enjoyed the property! Was private, yet close to restaurants and park entrance. Our teenagers liked the pool table, just needed 3 more darts for the dartboard to play an actual match. River was beautiful and easy to access if you have the right shoes. It was a bit too high to actually swim in, but lounging on the rocks and wading in the cool water on those couple of 100+ degrees was very refreshing! The power in the whole area went out one evening so was glad to see candles in the house, but they may need some newer ones soon. After it came back on, the office & maintenance guy were super quick to respond to get the water pump back in business for us. Would definitely consider staying here if we were to return one day!

Beautiful space is home

We had a wonderful time at the river trail house. The rooms were spacious plenty of room for everyone in the house is very clean, beautiful linens, and towels and sheets made our stay very comfortable. It was fully stocked really didn’t need much of anything but our clothes Shiela Stone is the property manager and was amazing and gave us exceptional customer care, we saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the river which was a little rough due to the floods but we were able to still enjoy ourselves. Thank you again Shiela for wonderful customer service. Look forward to working with you again in the future and thank you to the owner of the trail Riverhouse for allowing us to rent your property , God bless
