Feel at home in our cozy 1br, 2bd, 1ba Duplex #A. Kick up your feet & relax while you stream your fav shows on our smart TV. Pluto TV has FREE shows. Don't forget to pop some popcorn (found in the gift basket along with other goodies) using our Over the Range Microwave or you can make your fav dishes in our full kitchen. At the end of the day, Fall fast asleep on a soothing Queen size bed & Queen size Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy a cup of joe (found in the kitchen), choose from the provided K-cup selection or brew a whole pot.

Pleasant little house

This house was just perfect for my mother and I to stay in while we visited family nearby. The location was great in a nice neighborhood. It was close to all services and very easy to rent and access. It was charming and clean and super comfortable. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Quick visit

Quaint and cozy house. Just the right place as a base location for a visit with family in the area. Good sized rooms, though it’s a one bedroom, not a two bedroom as described. I would stay again.

Just what we needed

The owner left a basket of snacks for us which was a very nice touch. Our family stayed one night. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy and perfect for our needs.

Spending time with my son

I loved my stay at this nice, & quiet place. The place was really clean, there was a snack basket and coffee!! Only slight issue was gps on my phone took me in a circle(for like 2 blocks) twice before getting me to the house. The host was VERY accommodating and communicated with me very fast anytime I had a question or anything. Quiet neighborhood as well

Little gem off the Crockett Downtown Square.

We made another reservation in the area, but the owner informed us just days before our arrival that he had double-booked. As a result, we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations. Thankfully, we stumbled upon this little gem off the Crockett downtown square. Pablo was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with, and even provided a welcome basket upon our arrival. The home was exceptionally clean, and it featured a great shower.

Quick Trip

We stayed for 2 nights coming in to see our grandson play in the homecoming football game. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Wake up to coffee and be gone for the day. No worries!

Weekend stay

It was good. Enjoyed It! Clean property. Nice neighborhood with exception of distance neighbor who thinks everyone needs to enjoy his bass in the evening. Not fault to the property owner. Just an annoying neighbor who doesn’t respect their neighbors but that can happen anywhere. Best part was I was able to bring my dog.

Graduation

I booked this place, because I needed a kitchen. My niece graduated college in Lufkin & party in Crockett. I made her cake & cupcakes. ( lufkin is an hour away) My parents stayed with me. Worked perfectly! They had bedroom & I slept in one of the sofas. Kitchen was small , but had everything we needed. ( I did buy a dish drying rack & different sink “stopper” because I dirty a lot of dishes making & decorating cakes , but no big deal) Place was clean & coffee/creamer, sugar was appreciated! There’s a dollar general .4 miles away & a grocery store & Walmart about 10 mins. Away. This is an older house, converted into 2 apts. if you’re looking for fancy, don’t stay here! But clean & comfy , you’ll be happy! Will stay again…

Comfortable and Affordable

We were attending our family reunion in August to Texas this past weekend and we needed a place to stay where I could also bring my two small pets. When I compared the price of trying to find a hotel that took pets and the time that we needed to have lodging and comparison to this house it was actually about the same, but I have my own kitchen, a full bathroom, an actual living room and dining room. It has window units, not central air, and there was a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, which made the nights quite comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in the door when we first arrived, I didn’t understand that I was supposed to tap the actual doorhandle for the screen to light up to punch in the code, L O L. But once we figured it out, it was easy entry and exit. The neighborhood is really quiet, except for the neighbors who had a party on Saturday night to the wee hours in the morning. The bed In the actual bedroom was very comfortable. There snacks left for us when we arrived, which was nice and considerate because there wasn’t any food places open in Crockett because we arrived close to midnight so having those snacks waiting for us helped a lot. The spot is actually less than 10 minutes from loop 304 and five minutes from actual downtown Crockett. The only negative was that we actually couldn’t find the bedding for the sleeper sofa as stated in the guestbook. Overall, if you’re looking for something that’s comfortable and affordable, this is it.
