Beautiful Mountain Retreat in Graeagle!

Enjoy a wonderful stay at this peaceful mountain retreat. Centrally located in the town of Graeagle near shops, great restaurants, breweries and wine tasting. Endless hiking, biking and off-road vehicle trails. Enjoy 5 Championship golf courses just minutes away.

This beautiful mountain home has a gourmet kitchen, nice open floor plan with a beautiful back yard and inviting deck. During the warmer months, enjoy a Gas BBQ, outdoor lights, firepit, cornhole and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

The 4th bedroom is located outside & doesn't have a bathroom. Access this room by a dirt path off of the deck.

DISCLOSURE: During the winter months, depending on the amount of snow in Graeagle, the small guest house (4th bedroom) may or may not be available. We will really try to clear the snow but the path can be challenging if there is too much snow.

NOTE: We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. We have a dog run and a fenced backyard. Pets can't be left alone in the house unless they are kept in a kennel.

A welcoming home. A large kitchen; lots of natural light; plenty of counter space; well appointed.A comfortable living and dining area. We loved seeing the starry skies from the back deck. Beds were comfy; everything was very clean. Hope to return sometime.

Girls trip to hike Smith Lake rim trail. House was clean and well supplied. Great neighborhood. Good walking/running trails close by. Great contact with owners. Lovely home.

The landscaping front & back is beautiful & welcoming. Seeing rows of flowering plants in full bloom from the big deck was peaceful. Walkable area for anyone with pets although all our guests’ pets were all back home. Great open floor plan. Great primary suite w double sinks. Kitchen easy to have 2-3 prepping & cooking and better pans, refrigerator and stove than we’ve ever encountered in a STR. Comfortable furniture all around, too. I highly recommend the hosts. This home away from home is close to the Mill Pond and Graeagle amenities as well as hiking galore. If you come in Spring, don’t miss the nearby hike to Frazier Falls. They have paved it in recent years and older guests and perhaps even wheel chair bound can easily access a good portion. Lots of parking space. The backyard sleep hut was not used but be aware of uneven surfaces in the Sierra like back yard for its access. Thanks so much for such a comfortable get away.

It was a lovely home - clean and easy to be in. Super spot in a comfortable and nice neighborhood. The property is very well kept. The furnishings were updated and pretty. The kitchen was nice and the fridge new and clean. The outdoor bedroom was great because it was a quiet space, but those who use it need to be able to navigate stairs and be okay with there being no attached bathroom. We enjoyed the deck and the cute lights, and the blooming flowers in the boxes. There is no air conditioner, but plenty of fans. We enjoyed our time there - it is a very light and nice home.

This home was an absolute joy. The spotless kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and more. The appliances were top-notch and immaculate. The home had enough room for our entire (large!) family to sleep very comfortably, and there were more than enough pillows and blankets for everyone. The patio was perfect for grilling hamburgers and having s’mores around the fire pit. The neighborhood was so quiet that we slept with the windows open. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had an incredible time in Graeagle and definitely plan to return to this home again!

Fantastic Rustic Home with comfortable amenities

It was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to downtown, to a lake and to a golf course! Great safe neighborhood to walk first thing in the morning. Sizable backyard and deck to soak up some sun or fire pit warmth. Large dining room table for meals and board games! Use of two car garage. Easy check in and check out. Thanks!

It's a beautiful home and it had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. The outside area is quite large with a beautiful deck.The owners were very responsive and we would definitely come back.

The host was very responsive to messages. While I was there, there was an ant infestation she took the time to come up with a game plan and even so far as to call me to apologize for the inconvenience. The beds are comfortable and the accommodations were cozy. Beautiful views too!

Exactly as advertised, this property is the whole package. Beautiful, spacious home with large fenced yard and nice deck. Close to everything! Walking distance to town, short drive to the lakes basin where you can hike, fish, kayak in a beautiful mountain setting. We can't wait for our next visit!

Wonderful family cabin

Ideal location close to downtown and close to recreational adventures. Wonderful backyard with big porch and grass area for kids to play. We enjoyed it all! Some of our favorites were Graeagle Frostees, Lake Davis, Cuccias, The Outpost, and Brewing Lair.

Amazing Holiday Getaway

The girls in my family came to Graeagle for the Christmas tree lighting and shopping day. We arrived to the house decorated for the holidays, heater on, and super cozy. We cooked, puzzled, and laughed our way through the weekend and had a very pleasant time. Even had a cozy fire. We would recommend this amazing mountain house to everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Wonderful Weekend in Graeagle

My family and I stayed here for a wedding nearby. We had plenty of space between the five of us. The backyard is stunning; the weather was perfect for enjoying dinner and drinks outside in the evenings. Greg and Alaine made the whole check-in and check-out processes easy and were very responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent home

We were so impressed with the house and beautiful backyard and patio. We had a group of 7 and it worked well! The floor plan was superb! Loved the amenities. Kitchen was fully functional. Loved the drawer of baggies, etc. wonderful!
