The spectacular 180-degree views from Vista Encanto are truly million-dollar views, especially the sunsets, featuring sightlines as unique and entertaining as anything found in the tropical jungles of Central America. With such picturesque and peaceful views of the sea to the west, the southern peninsula, and the mountains to the east, nature's awakening, and the soft trickle of the pool fountain, you will surely be refreshed with an early yoga workout and fresh fruits to awaken your soul.

The excitement doesn't stop there, either. Vista Encanto has a spacious 6-foot-deep infinity swimming pool to keep everyone feeling fine at all times. Poolside scenes of the Terraba River interlacing with the mighty Pacific Ocean leave many guests mesmerized with the river-to-sea doing its daily ritual of accommodating significant tidal swings and watching disappearing sandbars and the local fishing boats. You could start out with that picturesque view from sunrise to sunset, watching the birds and fishing boats come and go with their catch while on the lookout for whales and other wildlife.

Vista Encanto features high-speed fiber wireless internet and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer units, two refrigerators, an island in the large kitchen with lots of storage cabinets, indoor-outdoor dining spaces, and a big ol' barbecue. The beautiful woodwork and teak cabinetry will surely catch your eye and the high teak ceilings that give the house an airy, fresh feeling. There is a nice wet bar in the dining room convenient to the pool deck and a beverage cooler to keep wine and drinks perfectly chilled.

Access to the southern Pacific towns of Ojochal, Uvita, and Dominical is easy. Simply pop down to the coastal highway and you'll have access to all the different towns and beaches in the region, all less than 30 minutes by car. Local wildlife is also abundant at Vista Encanto, with macaws, monkeys, toucans, butterflies, and frogs all considered regular visitors around the property. Sip your coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night while all the different species of parrots buzz by the property. You don't know who might be showing off in the morning at Vista Encanto.

The property is located less than 2 minutes off the coastal highway, just south of the Ojochal town exit. The drive from the coastal highway to the house is short on an unpaved solid road but visitors may feel more comfortable with a 4x4 vehicle.

Vista Encanto is perfect for large families, couples, and groups of friends with a maximum capacity of 13 guests, and children of all ages are welcome to stay. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning unit. Four of the five bedrooms, including the stunning master king suite, feature big ocean views. Two bedrooms are kings with private entrances and the second main bedroom has a pair of queen beds. Each of those four bedrooms has double sinks in the generous-sized en-suite bathroom.

The fifth en-suite bedroom is a bit smaller than the other bedrooms and is located near the Master Bedroom. It's ideal for children but is comfortable for adults with a bunk bed that has a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top.

Vista Encanto also has plenty of outdoor furniture because let's be honest, the pool and deck areas are where you'll be spending most of your time, soaking in the Costa Rica sun and cool mountain breezes from the eastern mountains. If you decide to move the good times inside for the evening, there's plenty of dining space in the house as well.
