BEACHFRONT! FRONT ROWYou'll love this UNOBSTRUCTED retreat for your entire family and friends, to make wonderful memories. You have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home sleeps 8-10 guest comfortably. You have beautiful unobstructed views of the beach from the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are two deck areas with gorgeous views of the Gulf. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy, ya'll have fun
The space
The house is right on the beach. Walk in the frontdoor, out the back, and you are on the beach! There are fabulous views of the Gulf from the oversized island and the master bedroom. The views from both decks are spectacular. Please enjoy one of the comfy
lounge chairs!
Other things to note
There 2 canopies 5 chairs 2 umbrellas, and beach balls in the bunk room closet.
We also have for your relaxation 2 hammocks. Just please
remove sand and put back in closet.

Great location, the house is in great condition, very clean and comfortable. The beds were missing flat sheets under the comforters, but this was quickly fixed after contacting the host. I personally travel with my own bedding, to avoid any discomfort, so no big deal for me. The house is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and coffee mugs. No salt or pepper, no coffee, bring your own groceries. The water was nice and hot in the showers! We enjoyed our stay! We stayed for three nights in December. Hope my review is helpful

Beautiful beach house! Great size for a family of 4. Loved that we could bring our dog with us. We loved drinking coffee on the porch in the morning and looking at the ocean.

If you're looking for a stunning ocean-front view directly on the beach, this cozy house is the place to stay. It's quiet, the beach is so peaceful this time of year with hardly anyone else out there for the most part, and the weather was still warm & sunny. The house has everything you need, it feels spacious for a 2-bedroom, there are 2 outside decks with plenty of lounging room, & a private walkway right to the beach. We also loved that our 2 beloved pups were welcomed. We would definitely stay here again

The house was great. However, we had no hot water. The external water heater went out and the repairmen could not get a part in time to fix the repair before our leave. We were offered a place to shower a mile or so away, but did not feel that a sufficient resolution. There were no comparable rentals available. I am still waiting for the agreed upon refund for the resolution. The host is in now in Egypt and seems to not have an internet connection with VRBO but he messaged me. I am still very confused about how to rate this place and host. I would have given it a 5 if this had been all worked out before his trip. As I am running out of the review window, here it is.

Location was perfect. Our stay would have been perfect if the house would have been clean. As a VRBO home owner myself, I tried to reach out to Brad with our concerns about the cleanliness of the home before posting a review. I thought he would assure me there was an issue with the cleaning crew, that it was a rare occurrence, it would be taken care of, instead I was ghosted. We were also ghosted the day we checked in when the internet information that was sent to me was incorrect and we had issues using the internet. Here are a few of the concerns I messaged Brad about, but did not get a response. *The floors had not been cleaned. From the moment we arrived, we had to keep shoes on to avoid our feet getting dirty.*The toilets are stained so badly that at first we thought someone had not flushed after urinating.*There is no hot water in the primary bathroom sink, nor in the guest bathroom shower. We had to use the primary shower only. *The primary shower and wall beside the shower were dirty. I’ll attach photos.*The fridge was dirty on the inside and outside. *There was animal hair on the island.*There is old food items in the cabinets. *The rugs in the bathroom are filthy. They have not been washed in a very long time. *The bathroom floors have a lot of grim buildup. Location is amazing, but the lack of communication, lack of concern that his property is not being maintained and cleaned is a HUGE red flag for anyone considering this property.

This house was so cute, and the decorations were very beachy, but there were a few issues. The sheets on the bed were not fresh, and the floors were not very clean. The biggest problem we had was that the private dune crossover was not usable all the way to the beach. The dune vegetation had grown so overgrown that it was not safe to use, due to the fact that the dunes have many venomous snakes. This unobstructive view and the crossover were one of the main reasons we chose this house. Lastly, under the house was a mess. There was broken glass and debris all over the place. We were able to clean that up without too much effort. I know the dunes are protected, but I believe you can have small pathways through them, which is what the picture showed. There was, however, a community crossover right next door, so that was a plus. We would be interested in renting this house again. It was peaceful and restful, which is what we wanted. Also, we caught some pretty nice fish.

Even more spacious living room, primary bedroom, and deck than it appeared in photos. Beautiful beach views. Peaceful & quiet! Easy access to beach via wooden public access walkway over the dunes that originates next to the house.

This might have been the best trip we've taken as a family. Hitting the beach was a breeze. It wasn't crowded. If anything, the listing under sells how great the place is. Two days into our week the kids were already asking if we could come back next year.

Oh am gee! Our rental experience exceeded my expectations. Leading up to our beach weekend, Brad was communicative and kind. He was very accommodating and I could not have asked for a better host. The home itself is a gem. The views were spectacular. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a weekend for the books. I’m already planning our next trip back. Thank you for a wonderful experience Brad.

Front Golf of Mexico views

We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in process was very easy, the house was clean and smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The house is pretty spacious and I loved the decor. The owners have great communication, they respond promptly. The communication has nothing to do with complaints or concerns just a question here and there and we got answers rapidly and very helpful. They provide with more than most places we have stayed and we just had a lovely time there, definitely recommend and we will definitely be back again.

Incredible location!! The view was spectacular!! The house was perfect for our annual girls trip (5 moms). We loved the decor and ease of checking in and out. The house was the perfect size for our group. We will definitely book here again.

Great Location!

Great location with easy access to the beach! Beautiful view and so convenient that you really don’t need to haul anything other than your chairs and drinks to relax by the water. You will likely want to use the neighboring walk over to the beach, as the one attached to the house ends at the dunes, and there are warning of snakes (rattlesnakes) in the grassy dunes. We had some issues with the hot water, missing hair dryers, and broken appliances. However, Brad was very quick to respond and remedy the issues. The home needs a very thorough deep cleaning as there were several issues that only happen by neglect, especially in the bathrooms. I don’t blame the owner b/c they pay a service to clean. I did let Brad know, and I feel like he will address that situation as well b/c it can’t be fixed if they aren’t aware. Despite these issues, we had a great time. I would stay here again, if the cleanliness issues are addressed.

Beach house with the family

The place is very cozy and nice. Right on the beach. We enjoy our stay very much. The host, Brad, was very quick in communication. Our family would come back and stay at this place again in the future.

The overall stay was very nice. Nice views,close to aot of different places. There was a couple of amenities that weren't there. There was no fire pit and I had brought some wood to burn and there was no private walkway as stated. The one that was there ended into the dunes where signage was to beware of snakes
