Centrally located 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants/nightlife and a 20 minute drive to the airport for your convenience. Enjoy our private pool, dock for boat, updated kitchen, grill, all with an incredible view of the canal!

The Bayview Villa is suitable for up to 10 guests looking to relax by the pool while enjoying the incredible waterfront canal view! It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from restaurants/nightlife and the beach!

Here's a few common questions to help you decide if the Bayview Villa is a good fit for your getaway:

Can we cook at the house? What about BBQ?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, pots, and pans. The refrigerator is equipped with filtered water and has an ice maker. We also have a BBQ on property for you to enjoy (filled propane tank if provided free of cost). We simply ask that you clean the grill after use for the next guests.

The home is also equipped with a single cup keurig, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.

Is the home suitable for children?

Absolutely! There is plenty of space to sleep multiple families and a child proof fence preventing unsupervised entrance into the pool and intracoastal. We have even equipped the master bedroom with a crib with infants/toddlers!

What about outside? Is there ample seating?

Yes! There is a cushioned couch patio set which seats 6 along with a outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. On the side of the house with the hot tub includes another table and 4 chairs. Around the pool are 4 lounge chairs as well. Plenty of seating for everyone!

What about the TV situation?

We have 4 TVs, one located in the family room, Master bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 with Rokus attached to them allowing you to stream any networks you subscribe to!

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect! It has everything You need and the pool area is amazing. Big kitchen area and just overall a great house. Lisa was easy to work with and fast communication. We definitely want to rent it again!

Host was receptive and as helpful as possible. The house was in need of some repairs, washing machine and ice maker were not working. Fence around the pool was down in sections - this did not impair our ability to sit by the pool,Very quiet , peaceful location. Great area to walk . It met our needs for a quick weekend getaway.

Two nice days in January

The property suited our big family perfectly, great location and great house. Owner answered all questions before and during our stay immediately and very friendly. Easy to locate the correct house with the red bricks in the driveway. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect place for a girls weekend / bachelorette!

We had a great stay at this property! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out and lounge. The pool and view were awesome, there was tons of space in the driveway for vehicles, and Lisa made everything so easy. I highly recommend this gorgeous home if you're heading to Fort Lauderdale!

Beautiful house and location!

My friends and I booked this property for our annual girl's trip and it was amazing! The house was beautiful and spotless! The private pool was great! Lisa was very responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful house on the water!

We had an amazing time in Fort Lauderdale at Lisa’s home. The house is beautiful, plenty of bedrooms / space. The pool and outside area has a gorgeous view of the water and plenty of seating (we had a party of 13). Lisa was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, she was even able to give us an earlier check in. Would 100% recommend and come back anytime!

Family Trip

The home was beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and view of the canal were fantastic. Our host arranged to have a high chair and beach toys available for our little one which was nice. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not working properly which did get fixed during our stay. Other than that issue, we had a wonderful time.

Family Getaway

Our midwest family was seeking a warmer option for Thanksgiving, and this one did not disappoint. Having been familiar with the Fort Lauderdale area, we chose this house due to it's bedroom options, having a pool, and being reasonably priced compared to other options. The pictures and description of the house were all very accurate. And I believe the location was great as the Lauderdale By The Sea "downtown" is within a mile and perfect for both the adults and kids. There is even a great part right down the street to help break up the day with the kids. Lisa was very helpful and communicated quickyl when we had a couple of questions.

Great Florida rental

Excellent location.l, clean and spacious. Great pool. Pool heater wasn’t working, but owner was quick to try to correct that. Only thing I could say negatively was that it was advertised to have a hot tub which was not functional. Owner apologized that this was not removed from description of rental online. Would rent again! Thanks!

Great, clean house with a great view!

Lisa was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the process and after the fact when we accidentally left a few articles of clothing. She was on top of having them shipped to me. The house was beautiful and clean - exactly like the pictures. The house also had everything we needed as renters. Would recommend!!

Great experience!

House was on the water in a great neighborhood! Close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Check in and out process was super easy and property manager was great to work with and answered all of our questions.
