A very cozy, 3 bdr and 2 full bathrooms home in a convenient location; 10 Min from everything Durham has to offer! Plenty of space to relax. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven. Excellent AT&T fiberoptic Wifi and desk area, perfect for working remotely. This is a ranch-style, single-floor, home with laundry room.

Kitchen very well stocked as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the snacks. We did not like learning about the 250 security deposit and ban on firearms on day of arrival. We found the ban discriminatory to the hunting lifestyle.

Family Visit

Perfect location and layout for my family. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this place (especially for individuals with limited mobility). My family would stay here again when they are back in town.

Excellent recovery home

I stayed at this location after having hamstring surgery at Duke (flew in from out of town). It was in a convenient location and extremely clean. Check in process was easy, parking was easy and amenities were all there.

Perfect stay for Duke Med

We flew into Durham for medical appointments at Duke. The house was perfect for our stay. It’s close to the hospital and lots of good restaurants. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to North Carolina.

Well outfitted and clean house

This little house is clean, bright, up to date and nice to stay in. The beds are all very comfortable and seem pretty new. Kitchen is well equipped. Two good sized full baths. Very nice place to stay and will likely rent it again when visiting the area.

Great cozy home

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. The home was bright, clean and accurately depicted in the photos. The location was great. We had a family member in the hospital and it was nice to be in close proximity to the hospital. There were many diverse dining options available. The host was very helpful and made sure we felt right at home.

The host was responsive and helpful. The area was unexpectedly busy and commercial. Road noise was considerable. The house is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The couches were worn out, the bedding linens were very basic and the pillows were lumpy. Kitchen had what we needed.

Family Fun Weekend

Property was just as it was advertised and pictures were on point. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The living area was great very well designed for comfort and convenience. The kitchen was very user friendly and all of the appliances and the cookware and utensils were new. I was with my daughter and my three sisters we all agreed we would stay here again!

Great Amenities

House was very nice inside! Amenities were awesome- thanks for coffee pods and basket of snacks! There were extra toothbrushes, razors, soap, shampoo etc. easy check-in and check-out. We would stay here again! Road is very busy which sometimes makes it difficult to get out of the driveway! Thanks for a great stay!

Great house & location

Stayed here twice now while visiting family in the area. Very convenient location to all parts of town. House is very clean & well stocked for cooking. The only recommendation is to invest in better pillows. That would give the house a 5 star for me. Target has a great one for 35. Would be a great investment for the house.

Girls' Weekend before Duke appointment

A lot of little extras to make the stay comfortable so you don't need to bring a lot with you. There was plenty of linens as well as outdoor chairs. Needs to put up new shower curtain liners and new rug in the hall bathroom.

Just as I Imagined

This house was the perfect one for us to gather to celebrate graduation for our son and family who live in Durham. It was clean , comfortable, well-equipped and close to Harris Teeter groceries ! The one challenge was getting in and out of the driveway, but the reviews made that known and the owner even included pictures and parking tips ! We all enjoyed a great visit !

Cozy home away from home

The pictures sold me & did not disappoint. The property was just as pictured. But its not what was pictured the created a memorable weekend, the place has more then you needed. When we travel we bring a small household of needed items, but I didn't need anything when I say it was fully stocked it was just that. But it was labled so you can return what you used back to its spot. Look the place comes with easy to follow instructions lol. I love it.

College Touring

This property was a great location and home base while touring Duke and UNC. The property had everything we needed, lots of space and comfortable beds. As stated, it is located off a busy road which may be difficult for a light sleeper. There are noise machines provided in the bedrooms. Host is very easy to reach and accommodated our needs.

Graduation weekend stay

We (6 adults) stayed for a long weekend during Duke graduation. The property was spacious enough for us to all interact comfortably. One of my favorite amenities was the amount of glasses, plates, bowls and coffee mugs. The driveway was a bit tricky but the host was very up front about it and gave thorough instructions on how to manage it. I would recommend this property.

Well appointed home, great layout for family of 4

This home is well appointed, perfectly decorated to feel like home, has a great floorplan for our 2 grown children and us parents. The house is located right off the highway, and at first look a bit underwhelming, but we felt safe, the road noise was not that bad, it's in a central location and overall was the perfect house us for a few days while we were in town for a wedding.
