Perfect

This listing was just great for my family of 9 supposed to been 12, the space, cleanliness and all the commodations was just perfect. The children enjoyed as much as the adults. Three rooms together with individual privacy if needed. You can't go wrong...this is definitely a come back

The amenties such as pools and arcade were nice but the overall cleanliness of the condo lacked in several areas! Also we found a bed bug this morning before we left to go home! I have pictures of some of it and my daughter took pictures! The cleaning fee and extra charges for maintenance fees should reflect inside the condo. If you want photos of bed bugs, weevils in bathroom or how dirty the floors were i can provide them! I have a hospitality business and qould want to know so i could fix any problems with my customers or address the situation.

Great rental property

We were very please with the property! Better than described in the listing! Property manager always answered all of my questions timely when I would message. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Wonderful Friendsgiving

This place was perfect for our group! I was worried there might not be enough room for us, but the space is much more than I anticipated! The setup is a condo with two "lockouts", which means they have exterior doors and can be separate units. . Each unit has a bedroom a kitchen area and a pullout couch. There a two jetted tubs, teo full kitchens and a kitchenette, two balconies...all very clean and ready to keep you entertained with a weight room, and indoor (unheared) pool and two indoor hot tubs. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the space and the location! We will be back next year!

Sleeping arrangements not good

It was nice, there was a misrepresentaion of the sleeping accommodations. I had been told that 3 bedroo.s and 3 sofa beds in 3 common areas. The beds were fine the mattresses on all 3 sofa beds should be put in the trash. They all needed being replaced.

Beautiful accommodations but hated the sales attempt

The rooms and accommodations were excellent. Location is quite and very safe. Check in was easy with the exception of having to go to another room to get parking passes where you stand in line and they try to convince you to do the standard timeshare meeting for money back. For a quick out in this, don’t bring the spouse.

Branson Spring Break 2023

Overall was an okay stay. Paint and towels were left on the balcony of one unit, there was not enough kitchen supplies (pots/pans/utensils) to cook a simple meal. Shower heads were too short and very little water pressure. Front desk staff was very good and friendly, had a situation of children running and screaming for 2 hours from Midnight to 2am above us that they handled quickly.

Wonderful

We have three adult children. Two of them have families of their own. So this set up was great. The middle area allowed the family to gather and enjoy each others company. Meanwhile, everyone had their privacy areas too. Three washer and dryers - big plus! Three kitchens, another big plus when cooking Christmas dinner. We would stay again!

Ideal Property

This was such an ideal property for us. It was so nice that all 3 families had their own space (3 condos that all opened up to each other), but it also felt like we were staying together. The only problem was that our trip was cut short due to an impending winter storm. Our families will be back!

Family Weekend in Branson

This group of rooms was awesome for our family. We had adult children and their 16 month old stay in one suite so they could have their privacy and the baby could get some peace and quiet when needed. We loved that all the rooms were adjoining. Each unit had a full kitchen and bath. The carpet in the main room is in need of cleaning or replacing but was clean enough that we did not feel afraid to get down there with the toddler. The location was great and met our needs. We would not hesitate to book this group of units again.

Family Thanksgiving getaway

The layout of the rooms worked out very well for 3 different families. Was not pleased when I had to go through the sales pitch. Parking is a premium but we were always able to find some.

Couldn't believe the amount of room there were we had 11 people 6 adults 5 children and still could of fit 3 more it was awesome very conveniently located not even 1/2 mile to strip and SDC is only about 10 minutes away. Will definitely always stay here when we return *kids loved being able to swim in November

Three condos combined into one!

So much space and so many bathrooms! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Working elevators and luggage carts. My family would definitely stay here again. The only thing we missed were the personal touches at other VRBO. No clothes hangers, decor or board games. At checkin you will be asked to get a parking pass from “concierge”. It is the timeshare but they are not too pushy.
