This is the lake house rental you've been looking for! Located just 6 feet from the dock, this comfortable Lake Okauchee house located off of Icehouse Bay is just about as close to the water as you can get. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and plenty of living space inside and out, your family will have no trouble relaxing and making memories. Steps away from the outdoor bar seating area you will find two private piers to take a swim, fish for largemouth or to tie your boat up to when you're not at one of Okauchee's numerous boat-to restaurants. Don't have a boat? Ask us about our Bennington pontoon rental. This place will not disappoint!

Excellent stay!

Jeff’s property was great! We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our family and this was the perfect location for our family of 5 adults. Check-in was easy and smooth and the property was very clean. This would be an awesome place to stay in the summer!!

A great stay

The property is excellent. We loved being right on the lake and the house was well laid out and easy to use. There were six of us and had to ask for a few more kitchen items which were quickly sorted. Beds were comfy but the three bed room is really for younger guests. We had a great stay!

Adorable cottage with the best views!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is outstanding with lake views at every turn. Close to Okauchee town, Delafield and Oconomowoc. The landscaping is beautiful and the cottage is on a quieter cove. It was very clean with great little touches for guests. We will definitely be back!

The place is great! It is right on the water and the house is large with lots of sleeping space. The host provides anything you need from garbage bags to detergent. I would recommend this place very highly.

House is a good size for a family of 6. We loved being able to put our boat in the water and dock it for the week at this property. We enjoyed the opportunity to do some kayaking too!

Easy Lakeside Living

The house feels fresh and new and works well for adults and families. Outdoor space is terrific too. Bring the chairs down from the upper patio area to enjoy sitting around the fire pit. Having the boat to rent right at this dock was convenient and easy.

Great house!

The house was immaculate and perfect for a week on the water. The swim area by the pier was completely weed free, which was nice. Getting some work done while sitting on the deck was a bonus. Jeff was always available if needed. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Home & Setting

This is a meticulously clean and maintained home. King bedroom overlooking lake and 1st floor have killer views. The porch really is 3 ft from the waters edge. 2nd king bed is in bedroom with bunk beds and when it is opened there is very little room to move around. These 2 bedrooms share the 2nd floor bath. Main level has another office/bedroom with a twin bed and full bath. Kitchen is large and airy. Weed free bay. 2 docks with easy fishing for little ones. Only drawback was 43 stairs from parking to home. But why leave the house to go to your car? Hint - I ordered main groceries from Target and had them delivered right before we arrived. The delivery person put them down the stirs next to the house! Awesome host made sure we had everything we requested. Highly recommend!

Lovely getaway on the lake

We had a lovely stay while visiting family nearby for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had two families with a total of four kids, and the space was perfect. Right on the water (kids and uncles did a polar plunge!) Everything was newly updated and everything was spotless. Cute decor with lots of little fun and useful touches. They truly thought of everything! Jeff was a great host. We will definitely come back!

Lake life truly is the best! Early mornings and late nights, there is really nothing like living right on the water. With easy access from Hwy 16, our home is easy to get to yet feels highly secluded (it's on a peninsula!). We love waking up to the sounds and smells of the lake. And, with the ability to hop right out of the house and onto your boat within just a few steps, this property is truly unique to Okauchee and lake life in general.
