Enjoy everything Lexington has to offer while staying in this stylish and spacious 1st floor apartment in the historic Chevy Chase neighborhood. The industrial-style decor features works of art and photos inspired by the bourbon industry and horse racing. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city, iconic bars, quirky shops, Kroger Field and UK Campus. A short drive away to Downtown, Rupp Arena, the Distillery District, Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail and many other attractions.

Notes:

-This is the 1st floor apartment of a duplex and sounds may be heard from the 2nd floor unit
-we use quality Zinus green tea mattresses. These are firm mattresses, so if you prefer a soft mattress, we recommend you book elsewhere

Was in town for a baseball tournament. The apartment was convenient, clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants close by for easy meals.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay for our first time in Lexington for the Billy Strings 2-night concert at Rupp Arena! This was a great location and would highly recommend seeing it for yourself. Our host were very friendly and helpful, great with communication. Overall, Kentucky was great to us!

Great house in nice neighborhood.

Great house overall, note the limit on parking spaces (1), it's about a 1/2 block walk to the nearest reliable parking. All amenities are present as described, and it's a great house for a weekend getaway.

So Spacious!

This was a great property for our weekend getaway with our daughter and her husband. The property was so spacious and comfortable. Much roomier than we expected! Everything was very clean and we appreciated that it was well decorated but not cluttered. Definitely an amazing stay at a terrific price.

#1: Location was awesome. Excellent food, shopping, entertainment, and dozens of pubs in walking distance. At at Bella Grille twice (including the best Saturday brunch ever!) just 4 doors north.Only downside: very sparsely appointed with pretty cheap furniture. But the best mattresses! Fantastic communication with the owner/host!!!

Loved our stay. Ample towels and amenities. The parking seems like it could be tough with more cars - we used pad in back between house and garage and only had one car. That would be my only complaint. Already booked for November.

Perfection.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Not only was it roomy and beautiful, but no detail was overlooked. Comfortable beds, perfect location, well appointed kitchen, and small things…. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, microwave popcorn, and tons of other amenities to make for a wonderful stay. Very fast response time from the host. Love this place and would come back again and again.

Beautifully updated and comfortable

We chose this home due to the location and pictures. The master bath is amazing. Though the heat doesn't get back there a space heater was provided which worked well. Rooms are spacious and comfy. The location was walkable to some good restaurants and cute shops as well. The listing clearly states noise from 2nd story and it was indeed a bit noisy the two nights we were trying to enjoy a movie. When looking for additional parking be careful on Sunset as most is no parking so stick with Melrose.

Wonderful!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 months. It was immaculate and stocked with everything you could imagine. The location is fantastic with multiple restaurants, etc. nearby. Note that if you have a very large vehicle the parking is somewhat difficult. We parked on the side street most of the time which is half a block away - not a huge problem. To be fair it is listed on the website that there is only one parking spot. Owner was very easy to work with. All in all we highly recommend this unit. Chevy Chase is a wonderful community and close to everything. You will love staying there.
