It was very clean and location was good. There was no dishwasher or ice maker. The house was hard to heat but we just turn the heat way up.

Great location and house for our family visit. Nice yard and space in the driveway for parking. Communication was good. I think the property can be improved with a few minor tweaks - liners in drawers and cabinets, and some extra linens. Overall, it was a decent place and typical of a VRBO property managed by a company.

Perfect for a getaway

Rented this property for 5 adults and one dog for a week. It was very clean, the backyard and neighborhood were great to walk my dog around. The house was comfortable and in a great area of Lexington.

Anniversary Keeneland Getaway

Great location too Keeneland, downtown, any roads of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, which is what we were looking for. House was comfortable and had plenty of room for 2 couples.

Comfortable stay

This property was convenient to main thoroughfares. Thanks to the host we visited recommended restaurants and enjoyed our stay. Only thing lacking was decent weather.

Great house close to Keeneland

We had a great stay at this wonderful property. We loved the covered back patio. Beds were comfortable and we were close to everything we wanted. In town for a visit to Keeneland, and we would definitely come back!

Lovely stay

This home was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to UK and all that Lexington has to offer. A super clean home, comfortable beds, and it had all that we needed for our stay. The hosts are kind and respond speedy quick. We look forward to another stay soon!

Cozy home

Myself and 7 other friends stayed here and everyone throughly enjoyed the home. The beds were very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were amazing.

Property is located 1/2 way between downtown Lexington and Keeneland. Nice quiet neighborhood and very nice and clean. Great beds and sheets. Will rent again!

A great place to stay in Lexington!

We stayed here in 2024 and loved it. Just rented again in 2025 and enjoyed it just as much! The house is charming with lovely decor and linens. Our little dog loves the fenced-in backyard! In warmer weather it would be delightful to sit on the back porch. The owners are very responsive and helpful. This is a great place to stay whatever reason brings you to Lexington! Highly recommend!

The house was clean and very nicely decorated.

We were in town for an event at the University of Kentucky, this was conveniently located for us in a nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as described in listing, very clean. Nice little touches that made our stay welcoming and relaxing. We would stay here again!

Awesome house

My family had the best time going to the Railbird Music Festival. The house was perfect for our family! The house is convenient to shopping and is located in a quite neighborhood. We will definitely come back!

Amazing location and house

We went to Lexington for the Bourbon Trail for a family trip and the house was perfect. The house was easy to find and in a nice location! The yard was fully fenced in which was great for bringing our dog along. The patio was cool with the fan and nice to sit outside at night with the lights.

Lexington convenient

I was in town for my nephew's graduation party. The house is clean and perfect for a long weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Great communication from our hosts.

Nice little house

Stayed here with my family. The house been updated and is very mid-century modern. Back porch was nice with plenty of seating and outdoor lights. The living room was one couch short as it was being. Repaired. Understanding accidents happen we were able to bring some chairs inside. Very cute neighborhood. I would recommend this property.
