Parking available on private driveway and entire property is available for your use. Fully fenced back yard, security lighting. I live a few blocks away, neighborhood is amazing. Laundry detergent may or may not be included but laundy machines are available for use. One breakfast included : 2 cerial bars, 4 kcups of coffee, starbucks available upon request. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels. Longer stays you are expected to provide your own paper products as needed. Baby pack and play available with advance request For your use are all furniture and appliances shown, cooking utensils, flatware and dinnerware, pots and pans, and salt/pepper and oil. Gas cooktop and oven is fully function and ready to cook. Please leave the house clean, bag trash, gather used towels, and load and start dishwasher. Early check in or late check out may be available for additional fee, please inquire. No ice coolers inside, no smoking no drugs no binge drinking, no parking trailers or equipment on driveway, all pets must be declared, short notice

Then enter the house using the front door keypad which leads to an enclosed front porch. Then head inside to the 300 sqft open living/dining area. Hallway then leads to full bathroom and two small bedrooms. Kitchen and basement access in the back of house, and back door leads to 200 sqft deck with 200 sqft patio below with the hot tub easily accessible from each. The yard and garden is also for your use to relax in and enjoy. ***see photos for how to use the hot tub cover lifter Tool shed and basement closet remain locked and used for maintenance only.
