Our host was so welcoming and easy to work with, timely communication ensured that we knew what to expect, questions were answered quickly and requirements were clear. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. We would certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed with Ish and the first experience was wonderful and this one was equally as amazing! The home was central to everything! Grocery stores, shopping, entertainment and easily accessible to the interstate. The home had everything we needed to enjoy family time, play games and comfortably rest. Ish was incredibly responsive anytime I reached out. We loved the table game so much that we ordered one for our house Thank you for being an amazing host! We’ll be back soon!!!

Communications with the host were not welcoming. We felt as if we were being monitored. House has an odd smell but not worth mentioning to the host as they are clearly already aware; an air purifier is in the living room. The house needed a deep clean; socks worn in the house were filthy afterward. The stay served our purpose, but we would not book again.

Great central location for our planned activities. The enclosed patio ended up being perfect for our small family gathering. Parking really wasnt an issue either, despite only being able to park on 1 side of the street.

Ish was a fantastic host and a great communicator. He was always available when I had questions. He was very accommodating of my special request which was really appreciated. The house was great and super cozy. We spent most of our time in the enclosed patio. It had a tv, a big table and plenty of seating. Unfortunately, my husband and I spent several hours working remotely during our stay but we had everything we needed. We set up shop in the patio and the wifi worked great. We didn’t take the time to cook but it looked like there was everything you could possibly need. It was a great location, and the neighborhood seemed to be very safe. I wish we would have had a chance to explore the area more. I would definitely recommend the rental.

The kitchen was well stocked, cooking was fun. My grandchildren loved that there were TV's for everyone. My grandson was able to use the WIFI to conduct some Scouting business with no hassles. The house was homey and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Wedding trip

We came to Detroit for a week to attend a wedding and to visit friends. There were four adults and two kids. We were able to spread out especially with the enclosed porch. Being close to I-75 allowed us to move around town quickly.

Cute house and neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at this house just off I 75 and 12 mile rd. Very close to Royal Oak. The neighborhood has nice homes and is great for walking. The house was well decorated and the back porch was the best place to hang out, eat and watch TV. Kitchen was small but was well stocked with utensils and kitchenware. Beds were comfy with nice plugs by each bed. This house is a little gem.

Great place, even better hosts

Hosts were communicative and flexible. If you need something, just reach out! The spot was as advertised. The patio is gorgeous and usable, even in the winter. It might be a little chilly even with the fireplace, but bundle up with a jacket, a blanket, and watch the sunset. Thanks for letting us stay
