This beautiful house has so much to offer throughout its three levels. The top level, the vibrant hub of the house, captures breathtaking views of both the ocean and the deep green of the forest below.The well-appointed kitchen opens to a dining area heated by the fireplace. The living room, equipped with comfortable furnishings and cable TV, awaits its guests. Step out onto the deck and grill up your favorite foods just off the kitchen while enjoying the ocean views.

The lower level has a family room with a futon and cable TV. With a foosball table and ping pong table the kids will have plenty to do on those rainy Oregon days. This is the perfect home-away-from-home for year-round visits to the coast.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Had trouble with Wi-Fi and TV but honestly it didn’t matter. Such a great location and so much more to keep us occupied. Would recommend this house.

Great place for a family trip

The highlight was the closeness to the beach and a view of the ocean. Could hear the waves. The place was clean and included a washer/dryer with complimentary detergents. The rooms were clean and spacious. Kids would love the bunk beds. The foosball and pingpong tables are also there for a friendly family competition.There are also many fun board games to play after an awesome day at the beach. Kitchen was clean and provided basic necessities if cooking. The gas bbq was also a great addition. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the garage. There was a strong unpleasant odor, which we noticed when went there for a game of pingpong. There were also a few mice were running around eventhough it is expected to see them considering the location. Overall, it was a fun and pleasant stay for us and hope to return soon.

Amazing house for a family!

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures don’t do the house - or the view - justice. The house had great amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lots of blankets, games, movies, etc.), was clean, and was a quick walk to the beach. The beach was also perfect for my kids and they never wanted to leave. We’ve stayed in many locations up and down the coast and this one is solidly in first place for my family. Will definitely be back again.

This was the perfect spot for an amazing trip. Super clean, convenient, nice furnishings, and a view we’ll never forget. Manzanita was awesome as well. Not near as busy as neighboring towns. Highly recommend.

Treasure Chest is a new favorite.

Our family enjoyed four nights here and were very pleased. The house was clean, well-stocked (thanks for not being stingy with TP and paper towels!), and the view was gorgeous. We loved being up the hill - it felt very secluded but you could still hear the waves at night. The hike to the water was close and the trip back up the hill is a great way to walk off some of that vacation eating! (-: We loved Manzanita - much smaller and quieter than where we stayed before (Seaside). We'd definitely like to come back here.

Great rental, needs a little upkeep

Overall the rental was very nice. Comfortable, roomy, beautiful deck and view, dog friendly and overall worked pretty well. The dishwasher does not work and there was no plug for the kitchen sink in order to wash dishes. In addition, not enough hot water. The Vacasa service provided us with disposable dish ware and a new sink plug due to the dishwasher. It wasn’t until the last day when I was the first to wake up and shower that I discovered there actually was hot water. I just thought the entire time the temperature on the water heater was turned way down to Luke warm. Which also meant that although we had a plug for the sink, only had warm ish water to wash dishes in.

Pleasant Getaway

Close to the beach and easily walkable if you don't mind the hill. Nice view. Lots of space and comfy beds. Great parking. Clean. Has an elevator and is ADA accessible (pretty cool!) Was little kid friendly due to lack of small decorations all of the house and has a nice floor plan that can contain them on one level. The propane does burn dirty, leaving soot on the bottoms of the pots and pans, making them frustrating to clean.

Great for our Spring Break with college age kids

This house was a great layout for our group of 10. The kids stayed up late and played ping pong and foosball and we didn't hear a peep. Great views, beautifully constructed home. We will probably come back to this one!

We loved the updated feel of the home, nice bathrooms, quality windows, good beds, comfortable furniture. Nice, but limited, view of the ocean and great view of trees from the rest of the house. You can hear the stream babbling behind the house. Quick walk to beach down a steep hill. Definitely could add some basics to the kitchen (there wasn’t one potholder in the house, which was tough with Thanksgiving cooking) and DEFINITELY need new bath towels. **Note if you’re renting in the fall/winter: the house was 50° inside when we arrived and it took all night for the temp to come up. It’s all radiant floor heating. Very cozy once it gets warm. If you’re too warm, takes forever to cool off. Not easily regulated but the house was eventually warm and cozy. Nice wood burning stove was easy to use.

Great House!

The house was perfectly laid out, with kids bedrooms on the lower level, adults on middle level, and living/kitchen on the top. This was super helpful for noise mitigation. It has a great view, and is well appointed and very clean. We had a great time!

Loved Manzanita

This property was a great spot for our weekend in Manzanita. It has a great little grassy area and little perks for the pooches. We walked down to the beach each day.... The walk back up the hill is steep but doable. Beds were super comfy, we slept wonderfully listening to the little stream behind the house. Needs some potholders.

Great home for families!

Plenty of space for everyone in this spacious home! Our teens loved the lower level with the bunk bedroom, recreation room with foosball and the ping pong table in the garage! The main floor has 2 king bedrooms that share a bathroom (Jack n' Jill style). The upper floor was ideal for spreading out with a large kitchen, living room, dining room and big outside deck. We loved the privacy next to the greenbelt with the sounds of the creek trickling through. Very peaceful setting with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean. Steep hill to the beach but close enough to get there in 10 minute walk or you can park your car near the beach access. Our only recommendation is that all towels need to be replaced or bring your own. Lovely home that you will enjoy!

Wonderful Getaway

The home was so spacious and the amenities were great! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was beautiful and very clean. We were very happy with everything! The walk to the beach was not bad! We only spent 3 nights here but will come back to this home.
