Casa Romanita es una casa impresionante en el vibrante Centro Histórico de Mazatlán. Recientemente renovada y equipada con comodidades modernas y muebles de alta gama, Casa Romanita ofrece impresionantes espacios para cenar, relajarse y entretenerse.

¡Casa Romanita está ubicada a solo cuadras de la playa en Olas Altas, y se encuentra a poca distancia de muchos de los mejores restaurantes y cafeterías de la ciudad! También a poca distancia se encuentran bancos, mercados, plazas públicas y varias tiendas.

Los espacios habitables son amplios y los techos dobles altos hacen que el espacio se sienta aún más grande. Las grandes ventanas corredizas se abren completamente para dejar entrar el aire fresco. La cocina es grande, con un refrigerador grande, lavavajillas, estufa y horno a gas, microondas y pequeños electrodomésticos.

La recamara principal con cama king-size y baño grande está en el segundo nivel y también tiene acceso a la terraza en la azotea. El segundo y tercer dormitorio se encuentran en la planta principal de la casa. El segundo dormitorio tiene baño privado, mientras que el tercer dormitorio puede acceder al baño de visitas, también con regadera.

Los servicios incluidos son: TV con Amazon Fire en salón, internet, gas, agua, electricidad* así como 1 limpieza por semana durante su estancia.

The outdoor patio was great for dinners and card games. Barbecue and dishwasher were an appreciated bonus this year! The kitchen was roomy and equipped with some great knives and cookware, needs some additional glassware, serving bowls, basic utensils and dinnerware replaced or added to as some chipped stoneware. Bedrooms were roomy…beds comfortable but some pillows need replacing as do all the bath towels…beach towels were great! Furniture in sitting/tv room needs replacing as one chair broken and main sectional well worn. Roof top was great but provides no shade during heat of the day an umbrella or sunshade would be nice. Our stay was 4 1/2 months, loved the space this house provided it just needs some TLC. Occan properties were amazing, Eunice was quick to respond with any questions and quick to resolve any maintenance required, and the support team of Jose and Adriana were wonderful. Highly recommended their team if looking for a vacation property!!

We had a great time in mazatlan. House was as pictured. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms, perfect for 3 couples. A brief walk to the beach and restaurants. We had everything we needed including beach towels.

Excellent location away from the noise but close to the action - beach, restaurants, Malecon, Plaza Machado. Wonderful and personable staff. Great little shop near by for water, coffee, and even a phone charger! We had a minor medical issue and Eunice was on top of it, taking us to clinic and pharmacy right away. Loved our stay. Will stay again and again and again!

Wonderful ALL AROUND!

Excellent location away from the noise but close to the action - beach, restaurants, Malecon, Plaza Machado. Wonderful and personable staff. Loved it

We stayed for 2.5 months and loved it. It was a great location to work remotely and enjoy everything that MAZ has to offer. The mana gent company was highly responsive to all our needs. It was a great space that allowed my husband and I to host family and friends during the duration of our stay. Would love to come back again!

Amazing Location, Best Property Manager

The house looked exactly as pictured on VRBO website. It was ideal for location, and the property managers were the best we've ever had. However, the house is in need of basic maintenance. It needed work from an electrician and plumber when we were there. We can't say enough good things about OCCAN, the property manager. They went above and beyond, quickly responding to every issue we had.

Nice spacious centrally located spot

Spacious 3BR: Medium queen, medium queen + ensuite, large upstairs primary king + ensuite. Nice roof deck with furniture & lounge chairs for evening happy hour. Courtyard table was nice for breakfasts. Kitchen had all the basic necessities. Generally neighborhood is pretty quiet, though a couple noisy mornings with construction, garbage collection, and dogs. Great to be a few minutes from the beach and shops. Hosts were communicate and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again as a small group.

Lovely property in historic area

We had a wonderful week in Mazatlan. This lovely home is in the heart of the historic section just steps from restaurants and the beach. The property was clean and comfortable with everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation. Every morning the lovely cathedral bells would ring at 7:00. The property was VERY secure with an inside metal gate and roll down shutters for the living room and kitchen windows and bars on the bedroom windows (as was the style with every house.) We would certainly rent this house again!!! tips… to get groceries and 5 gallon bottles of water, walk the few steps to the beach area and hire a red truck (you ride in the back) for 100ish pesos or the white convertible cars for 50-100 pesos and ride to the Ley (supermarket). Then hire them to ride back. The water bottles and groceries get heavy. Also give the bagger at the Ley 10 -20 pesos for bagging your groceries (they work for tips). Also bring your empty water bottle so you don’t pay the deposit fee. Also walk to Lalo’s Birria tacos. I could eat them everyday they were so yummy (cash only) and Taqueria Playa Sur for carne asada -the carne papas was our favorite. (also cash only). Take a red truck to the ferry to go to Stone Island. Catch a water taxi - it’s 36 pesos per person round trip-cash only). Then it’s just a few steps to the beach. We went to La Veleria - if you buy drinks, they lend you the chairs and umbrellas. It was a super fun day.

Just 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, close to restaurants, museums, bars, galleries, parks, banks, bakeries, etc. The Historic Centre is full of diverse activities, and this space is the perfect place to come home to. Enjoy the private terrace on the ground level and the outdoor living offered with the exceptional roof-top terrace!!

(as are to be expected in any Mexican vacation home)! The living spaces are large and the roof-top patio is incredible!! Offering a great space to relax with friends, entertain guests, or get some sun in the daytime. The house is fitted with internet extenders to ensure that you get a good signal from any spot in the house. T

Here, you can take-in all that Centro has to offer, walk to where you need to go, and get into an easy rhythm and carefree lifestyle :)
