Beautiful 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath Townhome w/Private Hot Tub, Garage & Mountain Views

Best location with fabulous views in the heart of Winter Park!
Spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom townhome is the perfect get away for your family. Less than a minute walk to Hideaway Park to enjoy summer concerts, year-round festivities and perfect sledding hill in the winter. Enjoy endless access to hiking, biking and snowshoe trails. Walk a half block to the Frasier River and enjoy its serenity. Then continue on the Frasier River Trail to delicious restaurants and shopping. Grab the free Lift shuttle bus, just steps out the front door, with transportation to the base of the ski resort.

The three level townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Two primary suites with full bathrooms occupy the upper floor and provides privacy and comfort. A full size washer/dryer is also located on this floor. The main level is an open floor plan offering kitchen, dinning room, living room with stone fireplace and 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances and sufficiently equipped for all your cooking needs. The bunk room offers 4 beds with 3/4 bathroom located on the lower level.

There are two balconies off the main level that offer breathtaking views. After a long day of activities step out the back door and enjoy the comforts of the private hot tub watching the stunning alpenglow sunset.

We really loved our stay at this townhome—it was comfortable, well located, and felt like home. The only downside was that there was dog hair throughout the unit. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Had a great stay! Close to near by bars, shops and restaurants. Place had many extras - spices, dishes, utensils, towels. Enjoyed our stay and Winter Park!

New Year New VRBO Stay

We had the absolute best experience staying at this beautiful condo! The amount of space this home has is insane and can easily accommodate more than one family! We were so lucky to get to bring in the new year making memories in this space that was shared with us! There is three levels and our kids favorite was the hot tub of course!! We can’t wait to visit in the future and book again!

Great Place

I’ve stayed in Winter Park multiple times and this was by far the most convenient location. If my car hadn’t broken down on the first day, I’m sure our vacation would have been great.

My family had a great time at the condo. The description is spot on, place is very clean, centrally located in the town of Winter Park and the owners are very nice and helpful. The hot tub was enjoyed by all, especially after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely book again.

Spring break

Overall, our stay was great. The location is great- close to the mountain and great restaurants nearby. The unit was also spacious with plenty of bathrooms which is something that we usually struggle to find. The hot tub did not ever heat up beyond 93 degrees which was unfortunate but we made the best of it. There was also some noise that I struggle to describe that would happen all night between the basement bunk room wall and the unit next door. I am unsure if it was the neighbors (but unlikely as it was the same noise over and over again) or a pipe or the furnace—we really couldn’t figure it out. It didn’t seem to wake the kids but I noticed it as I laid down there with them. For lack of a better description, it sounded like a bowling ball being thrown down a metal pipe. Overall we had a good stay and a great time skiing in winter park.

Great location in Winter Park

We loved the location of this condo. The wives were able to walk into town to shop around one afternoon and the husbands enjoyed being picked up/dropped off by the bus system right at the end of our street. The kids loved the sledding hill and the little park next to it. The house had everything we needed including the hot tub which both families enjoyed. Thank you for opening your home to our families! We hope to come back again soon!

Cozy and great location!

This property was a perfect location to celebrate some friends getting engaged! Very close to the red line but to access town and skiing. The hot tub was such a bonus and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some snacks/meals. Thank you!

Epic Family Ski Trip

This family ski getaway felt like we were right at home as there is a dozen family board games, cozy amenities, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a wonderful day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and came with plenty of spices and condiments. The private hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day on the slopes, accessible from the 1st floor bunk bed room and clear instructions. The 2 rental facilities for ski equipment are within walking distance from the house. There is a park within the community and we cut through the park for quick access to the free shuttle that gets you to the ski resort. The shuttle (orange line) wait was no more than ten minutes and you can grab it right in front of McD’s and took us right to the mountain base. The Lift App and the Winter Park App were helpful. Safeway in Fraser is a quick drive to get groceries. We enjoyed eating at Hernandez Pizza, Randi’s Irish Pub, as well as shopping for souvenirs in Cooper Creek all walkable from the house. Hosts helped with rental info weeks before we traveled and were so hospitable during our stay. The kids loved it and this was an amazing way to enjoy Winter Park. Thank you for creating beautiful family memories for us and we look forward to coming back.

Great property!

We had a great time and loved being so close to Hideaway Park and the slopes. The townhome was spacious and very well equipped. We lived playing board games at night. Wifi worked great. The gigantic icicles proved for interesting photos with the sun glistening in them. We ate most meals there, but enjoyed the Fraser Valley hotdog place within walking distance. Great carrot dogs, for us vegans!

This condo was exactly what we needed to make our family ski trip a memorable one! The owners were very friendly and helpful, the location was amazing and the condo was cozy! We would come back again!

Good Price, Good Stay

The house was walking distance to main street which was convenient since there are no ubers in the area. The house was clean and the owners were very communicative and responsive to calls. Only issue we had was with parking since there are only two spots and the extra neighborhood spots were taken, so we had to park our extra car in a free garage downtown. But we stayed on a holiday weekend. Thanks again for the stay!
