We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Coco Bay Estates is located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. ⁣This beautiful development has a gated entry and 24/7 security. Coco Bay Estates is a mixture of luxury homes plus four condo towers with quick access to the area’s beaches and attractions.

Guests have private use of the condo and share the development amenities - community pools, clubhouse, gym, etc - with other guests.

Transportation: Due to steep roads and driveways within the condo development, golf carts are not permitted. We recommend a rental car or private driver — our guest services team can assist with arrangements
Accessibility: Condo is located on the 3rd floor with both elevator and stair access
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, ductless A/C units, private laundry, secure gated entry

CLUBHOUSE ACCESS
You’ll enjoy complimentary access to The Club at Coco Bay, which features pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a great on-site restaurant. We suggest bringing your own tennis or pickleball gear if you plan to play often, though rentals are also available at the Club.

GETTING AROUND
For your convenience, we recommend a rental car during your stay, and we’re happy to assist with arrangements. Please note that golf carts are not permitted in this section of the development due to the steep terrain, and the property is not easily walkable.
