The Summit condominiums. Amazing beach front condo with a balcony to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pools! Newly renovated. Our condo is located on the fifth floor . Amenities include a spa with a sauna and a hot tub, gym, arcade room, outdoor pools with a tiki bar, basketball courts, outdoor grill area, and private beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own balcony or enjoy the live music by the pool on the weekends! There is a one time $27.00 fee for Parking and wrist bands to allow access to all building amenities.

Beautiful view

Hardly any water pressure in kitchen, toilets wouldn't flush, shower knob isn't properly working (if not carefully adjusted you'll be scolded by hot water) master bed broke our 2nd to last night. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher up on arrival. Elevators were slow and broke down half the time.

Excellent stay!

Our family enjoyed the condo this past week. The weather was perfect and the condo was as pictured. It was by far one of the cleanest we have stayed in, in awhile.

Great location

This location is amazing. The room was clean and the only question I had after arrival was responded to very quick. We will most certainly try to stay with the owners again. Thank you once again for making our stay great.

Very Nice Views and Stay

Property and building was clean during April visit. We liked the amenites and access to beach and other local things like PCB pier park and state park which were within 5 miles drivable vicinity. The building in Summit Residence was close to PCB downtown. Overall I rate it as "Very Good". There were some minor things that can be ignored.

Loved it!!

The condo & location are perfect! So many options in close proximity. The condo is on the 5th floor with great view of the ocean & pools. We loved the bunk beds in the wall! There were extra amenities and everything we needed to cook throughout the week. Loved the tiki bar and grille, the game room, and gym! The owners are very responsive, nice, and provided all needed details timely. I look forward to planning another stay here!

Our stay was great overall. The condo was clean, the staff was friendly and fun, the property is well maintained. The only things we were disappointed about was that the ad indicates the room comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella, which I understood to mean beach chair service on the beach. But what it really was is two beach chairs and an umbrella for us to carry to the beach to use. So I felt the ad was a little misleading as that was one of the main reasons for booking this condo. The other complaint is at no fault of the property owner. But not a single morning did we get to sleep in!! By 7:30/8 am there was very loud construction happening both above AND below our condo, so we were woken every morning to loud power tools and banging that went on for 12 hours each day. All of that said, the property owners themselves were great hosts and I would book with them again.

The perfect space for a getaway

My friend and I took a quick 4 day trip and the condo was perfect for our getaway. The view was amazing and we loved watching the dolphins swim up the beach in the mornings. There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the condo smelled fresh and clean. All the appliances worked and we liked having the washer and dryer there. The pools and pool area were clean and we enjoyed the Tiki bar very much. There was a little store and restaurant on the property to get drinks, food and snacks. We spent the entire time at the property and just doordashed dinner some. We had access to beach chairs and an umbrella which we used everyday. The owner of the chair rental, Jay, was awesome! He even gave us a discount one day because it was too gusty to put the umbrellas up early. Overall it was the perfect getaway and the property owners were so friendly and great to work with!

Great Couples Getaway

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Loved our veiw from the balcony. The 5th floor was just the perfect floor to stay on so you didn't have to be on an elevator for a long time. Checking in at the front office was a breeze. Comfortable bed but I would recommend curtains for the bedroom to help dim the lights from outside. The condo is in a great location with everything you need all close by. Lots of nice amenities on the condo also. The owners checked in on us about half way through our trip just to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything which was nice. The only hiccup we had here was the cleaning lady was not done cleaning at 4:00pm so we had to wait outside the door with our stuff for about 20 minutes. Other than that it was truly a great stay and we would definitely come back! r condo at 4
