Cozy room for two.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean on arrival as it should. I don’t want this review to sound so negative because we did enjoy our stay. The mattress i feel needs to be changed out it’s not very comfortable and will leave your back hurting. More towels for the bathroom would be a great idea as well. If you’re staying for a week you may want to bring extra towels because there is not a washer or dryer located in this room. The tv is very small but that’s not really much to fuss about because i feel like most people are not vacationing to watch tv but it is very small. The main door to the room needs weather stripping in the jam because outside air blows right through and if you don’t bring a box fan the whistling may keep you awake. Overall the room was of good value and perfect for two people .

Only complaint is the couch and the sliding glass door curtain are very dirty! Replace or clean those and all is good!

We stayed at the Boardwalk 14 years ago for our honeymoon. We were so excited to come back. It was just as nice as the 1st time. This time we decided the studio condo would be perfect for our needs. Nice room. Very clean and charming. We did early check- in which was great but wristbands and car pass was not in room. We called and passes were brought-up within an hour, but when they offer a service they need to make sure what a guest needs to be on the property is available also. Cable/TV not very user friendly. The Boardwalk facility is a beautiful. Great pool and bar/grill. Security top notch. The store was nice but extremely slow service. Overall 4.5/5.

Special spot near the sea

This place was wonderful…just perfect for my solo trip to the beach! It was exactly as pictured & described. Great location…steps from the sand & walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Building staff were friendly & helpful. The building itself & grounds were immaculate. Pool was exceptional. Have stayed at other condos in PCB & pools have been ice cold. This one was perfect temperature & kept very clean. I would recommend this condo & The Boardwalk to anyone looking for a safe, clean & well maintained place to vacation.

Was very disappointed!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not clean. Sheets had black hairs on them. Toilet had a 3 inch ring on the edge of yuck. TV never did work right. We could not get the tv to work for first 3 days and no one would come fix it. When it finally worked we could not get it to change to another channel. Would never rent from this agency again! If u are going to rent something then have someone there to fix things!

The commode had 3 inches of yuck around the rim. Floors were filthy. Bed had black hairs on the sheets. TV did not work for 3 days and no one would come help. When we finally got the tv fixed we could only watch certain shows. Staff were as rude. We left a day early it was so bad.

Beach Bums

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Boardwalk in Panama City Beach. The room was very clean and Close to beach just walk out the doors and there it is Beautiful Blue waters. We will come back.

I really like the location of this property and our condo was in a great spot with a good view. However,, the pool was pretty disgusting, the lobby bathrooms stink really bad, and I thought the little snack place was very limited and low grade for the price of things. Our condo was clean except for the comforter/quilt which was either stained with dirt or just dirty. I didn’t use that and just used 3 layers of sheets. Bring extra toilet paper! Also dish soap and sponge if you need to use the dishes in there.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was very nice and spacious for me and my wife. The facilities were very nice. The splash bad was in disrepair and a trip hazard for children. The AC in the unit was not reliable at all. I reached out to the management team and did not receive a response until several days after our stay. They did not provide a resolution at all. The floors were also covered in sand upon arrival.

My only complaint is that we stayed 7 nights and there were 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for each of us. That was not enough and we were using dirty towels after a few days. Also we went to change the sheets because there was an extra set and after we stripped the bed, we realized the extra set was for a queen bed and did not fit. We had already put the dirty shirts on the floor in the bathroom.

Cozy Little Studio

Our original booked condo canceled due to needing air conditioning repairs. We were lucky to find this cozy little studio as our back-up. Very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. Great view of the city and gulf! Bathroom had a large sunken in tub and small walk in shower. The bathroom counter space was a definite plus with large mirrors. Kitchen was very small, but had needed supplies. On the downside there was no oven, dishwasher or freezer. There’s a small refrigerator, but the facility did not have an ice makers. Overall we had a great stay!

Quick get away!

In VRBO pic, I thought the fridge was a dishwasher. Nope, had to handwashing dishes.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at the Boardwalk Beach condo. The location was perfect! The beach is right by the building, which was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved that there was a stand up shower as well as a big tub that can fit two adults easily. The view from the room was absolutely perfect! You get to see the beach and the city at the same time! Overall, 10/10. Loved it. Would highly recommend!

Loved it!

Everything was top notch. The views of both the beach and the city were phenomenal and we enjoyed it every morning and at night time. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family! Thank you for making our stay so relaxing!

Better options for the price.

The views of the ocean were amazing! The beach at this resort was clean and very well maintained. The location is great! It is just a few miles from everything. I have never left less than a 5 star review on other places I have stayed through other booking apps. So to talk about the reason for my okay review. Check in was easy. You will be paying extra if you bring more than one vehicle to the property. The room comes with 3 towels for a week stay. We couldn’t get any extra even after asking. So we had to buy our own at the store. The shower head had mold on it and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The microwave front looked very similar. I couldn’t tell if it was damaged or molded so we did not use it. The tub had sand in it upon arrival. The room also only has one roll of toilet paper. So for those who are staying for a long period of time be prepared to bring extra. For the cost of this room there are many other options in the same price range and much cleaner. Overall I was disappointed in the room for the cost. I would not stay again

Great location

Great location. Views of beach were perfect. Easy access to the beach. Pictures are dated. Mattress was suboptimal, even for a rental property. Microwave had damage that made it not look clean. Bed comforter was that of motel quality. Carpet appeared dingy. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no washer or dryer in this unit and after several employees saying they don’t supply extra towels for condo guests, eventually they brought some to the room. This is not an upscale location as advertised on their website.

Great experience

The facilities were beautiful! The view was awesome. We had a little incessant with the weather and the ground floor flooded. There was only one working elevator and we still never missed a beat. The security team stepped in and gave us a number to call for a floor pickup and we NEVER had to wait more than a minute or two. Despite them having to do extra, the staff was cheerful, friendly and over the top accommodating!! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great spot and family friendly

We loved everything about this place except no place to do laundry, not enough towels/linens (accidents happen with a 5 year old), and no kitchen. The kitchen was the only thing deceiving. Just a tiny fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Not enough room to store 6 days worth of stuff nor did it allow us to cook anything. It says start the dishwasher. There is no dishwasher. Our child loved the place. Everyone was friendly. Great beach access. Amazing view from the top corner balcony. Great and easy location for access to anything and everything that you need
