Welcome to Kihei Resort - your home away from home! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo situated on the ground floor offers 1 A/C unit in the living area only and tropical views from your lanai. Unit 122B can accommodate up to 4 guests. In the bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed and a modern bathroom with a tile and glass-surrounded walk-in shower and a luxurious waterfall-style shower head.

​​​​​​​The living area offers open-concept living, nice lighting, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy on the lanai or at the dinner table. Furnished with full-size stainless steel appliances, your favorite meals can be recreated. Enjoy your homecooked meals on the wicker furniture on your private lanai or indoors on the countertop set for 2. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer!

Kihei Resort is within walking distance of many nearby shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes from Kahului Airport. The beautifully landscaped grounds will be sure to delight with a pool and BBQ areas all available for guest use, including parking with no resort fees. This complex has a charming feel with only 84 deluxe units throughout. Enjoy walking to many nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach, or take a short drive to the well-known Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III.

Family Getaway

Love the rain forest atmosphere. Stores and major beaches close by. Location is a perfect spot for visiting other parts of Maui. Pool and Jacuzzi

Location was nice and quiet with lush vegetation as the view from the lanai. AC was excellent in the room and living room. The amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels were provided along with a brand new cooler bag. The in room laundry and dishwasher was working well as well as soap and detergent. We loved our stay here as everything was up to date and working. No complaints at all.

Lovely condo.

The unit was larger than expected with well appointed kitchen. Beautiful breeze with slider open didn’t need AC at all.

Maui Vacation

It was clean and well maintained and up to date. The location was good, private, quiet, and safe. There was a family with lots of kids upstairs and we could hear them jumping and running around sometimes. Good phone service, excellent TV choices. Comfortable bed and couch. We pretty much had everything that we needed in the kitchen and the whole place. Glad that we had air conditioning. We liked that when we booked it that they had what it would cost you plus the cleaning fee and taxes. No big long list of add-ons and hidden fees to figure up.

It is all about lighting! The kitchen is dark due to tinny ceiling lights. The lights under kitchen hood are not working. The light cover in the bedroom is broken. Other than that, everything else are good.

Our stay was perfect

Because I lived in Maui in the eighties and was traveling with my granddaughter and daughter-in-law, for their first time on the island, I was looking for a place to stay with the 'old time' Maui feel and Kehei Resort was perfect! The garden, the birds, the quiet and the condo were exactly what I was looking for, and only minutes from the beautiful beaches and Kehei town. Also the perfect location to explore the rest of the island. Unit 122B was a wonderful home for our week on Maui with the updated kitchen and bath yet furnished Maui style. We loved it. And from the moment we booked our trip the My Perfect Stays customer service embodied the Aloha spirit. We also booked a terrific snorkel trip with the concierge. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help make our trip so enjoyable. I would definitely return and recommend My Perfect Stays to my friends

Nice place for a month

I stayed here for over a month and found it a pleasant place to stay. There's nice crosswinds that keep the place cool and the foliage out front keep it shaded from the sun. The owner has equipped the unit w/ nice knives, pots and pans, not the usual beatup nonstick, and dull knives. The bed is very comfortable, and there are great towels. There's a hose on the patio for washing off sand. The downside: there was construction going on for nearly my entire stay that required jack hammers and drilling. The management company didn't disclose it in the ad or during the booking process and there was no discount offered as is typical. I also had two maintenance issues while I was there and it took some calling to get someone out. The unit has jalousie windows, so you'll hear everything if you keep them open at night, like the kid screaming next door and someone's very loud alarm clock every morning. There are no beachtoys included.
