Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our unit is just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of all the fun Ocean City has to offer. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance!

This property is a 9 bedroom duplex and this listing is for the upper two-floor unit consisting of 5 bedrooms. If you'd like to rent the just the lower 4 bedroom unit please message us for the VRBO link.

Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.

The fireplace is NOT operational at this time.

Beach tags are needed to access the beach during in-season rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Very disappointed that the beach closest to the house is now surfing only. Made the trip to beach for bathing a lot further.

Thank you for staying with us again. We’re sorry the township’s decision to designate 7th Street as surfing-only impacted your experience. We’re located on 6th Street, and 5th Street is also a swimming beach. Unfortunately, these designations are made by the township and are outside of our control.

The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out

Great house and location.

A great house for families given the ample space and beds, decks, storage etc. The location is perfect for teens and tweens to hang in the boards while mom and dad are close by. We will be back.

Family get away

We treated our 4 adult kids and their significant others to a long weekend away, with us. The house was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The location is perfect, steps from the boardwalk/beach. My only complaint, I felt the cleanliness of the home could have been better.

Great Time in OCNJ

This house was perfect for us. We had two full families, my in-laws, and my father. Location was great at the end of the boardwalk and a half-block walk from the beach. The unit was spacious. Jeff, the property own was very communicative leading up to our trip, and he responded within hours anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for any large family or multi-family groups.

Communication with the host was punctual and they were easily attentive. Even helped us with a last minute situation. The house felt like it needed a good cleaning though and the carpets should be removed asap. The master bedroom doors to the balcony have no locks so I was thankful I didn't have toddlers! Neither do the doors going out from the kitchen. The refrigerator door shelves are missing - all of them - so space was limited there. Would have been much easier if we were allowed to use the garage keypad instead of worrying who had the garage door opener. Overall the house needs an update hopefully including a new bed that doesn't squeak with every move! Best part - proximity to the beach !!!

We wish you had reached out during your 5-night stay so we could have walked you through how to lock the balcony doors, as all of them do have locks. The garage keypad is reserved for owner use, which is why we provide guests with a garage opener for the car and keys for the garage door—sorry if that wasn’t as convenient as you’d hoped. The only carpet in the home is in the master suite, so we’re unsure what issue you may have encountered there, but we’ll inspect it. Regarding the refrigerator, we were awaiting delivery of a new one during your visit, and it was replaced shortly after your stay—apologies for any inconvenience this caused. We’ll also review your other suggestions as we continue making updates. Thanks again for your stay and your input.

Highly recommend

This is a great house. First of all, the house is huge with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room, a few outside decks, and garage. There is plenty of space for extended families or groups of friends. The upstairs ‘master’ bedroom is the size of 2-3 rooms with a sink and fridge. Location is great, just a very brief walk and you are on the boardwalk. The homeowner is accommodating and easy to reach for questions or problems. A few updates are needed (old toilets, worn carpeting/runners, sliding door locks) but irregardless I would not hesitate to rent this house again.So much fun!

We had a lovely stay! The layout of the unit was fantastic, spacious, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, being able to see and hear the ocean was such a treat, and the car show that weekend made it even more fun.A few small suggestions that could make the experience even better:•Signage: It would really help to have letters on the unit doors since there are two in the same building. We accidentally knocked on the wrong door twice. A small sign or arrow near the stairs pointing toward each unit would be great.•Elevator: The elevator was a huge plus and made access so easy. However, the carpet inside was heavily stained and gave an unclean look, maybe replacing it with tile or another material would freshen it up.•Cleanliness & Maintenance: The property looks beautifully polished in the photos but could use a few updates. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and should be replaced, and one of the shower mildew and knobs just needs tightening. The rugs, especially on the stairs, also had visible stains which made the space feel older than it is. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive and kind, and the ocean views and layout of the unit really made it special. With a few small updates, this property could easily be a five-star gem. Thank you for the wonderful memories, we look forward to coming back to this area again!

Nous avons loué cette résidence pour pouvoir faire du télétravail le matin et s'amuser en après-midi.
