Great stay in OC

Excellent location - just a short distance from the beach. Rental is stocked with so many extras so that you have everything you need - especially if traveling with children.

Great Stay

Sue was so commuicative, she asked how everything was when we arrived. Everything was so clean and we appreciated towels being there to use. The property was on a quiet street with an easy walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location!

859 Brighton was the perfect house for our family! Perfect location, perfect layout, three car parking which was so needed during a crazy busy summer season, and so many extras that they included for their guests! We really appreciated the beach chairs, tags, towels, and bikes! They really thought of everything you would need and it was so appreciated.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about our stay at this home was perfect! The home was super clean, and everything was labeled really well. It is obvious that the owners care a lot for their property as well as for those who stay there. Highly recommend staying here, and are hoping to repeat this trip again in the future!

Great house, Great location, Great Hosts!

Great house: very comfortable, clean home, beautiful porch, great parking - this house has EVERYTHING you need - including bikes, chairs, games, etc.. Excellent for families!! Great location: walking distance to everything. Great Hosts: very caring and friendly. You can tell the owners take pride in sharing this special place with you and your guests.

A Shore Thing

We found the home to be as beautiful as the pictures showed and the home was described. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. Everyone had a wonderful time visiting each other. The kids enjoyed the games and books. Warm apple cider donuts topped off our last day. Definitely would stay here again

Great place, perfect location

I've rented places on the North End for decades, so I can be pretty critical of little shortcomings. This house was wonderful – plenty big enough, very close to the beach and boardwalk, but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. More than that, the extra hour of check-in/check-out time plus the supplied towels made the whole process easier. Highly recommended!

OC Rental - 859 Brighton

This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals we've stayed at in OC. Beach tags, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath towels were a huge bonus that you don't get in other OC rentals. We loved that it was so close to the boardwalk and beach. The owner, Sue, communicated very well and quickly responded to questions. We will definitely be renting from her again.

Dislikes

Enjoyed the property. Property manager was attentive. The only thing we didn't like was having to bring our own sheets and having to wash towels before we left. It made us leave a little later then we were planning on. Cause we all showered before we left.

I'm glad that you liked the house and enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your 5 Star rating. In Ocean City it is customary for tenants to provide linens - both sheets and towels. We do supply towels for the convenience of our tenants, which is very unusual in OC. We do ask that towels be left clean and put away in the linen closet because the cleaners do not have time to do this during change over. This is clearly stated in our Welcome Letter that you received prior to your arrival. I'm sorry if you somehow did not know this. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate it!

Just wonderful

When my family and I arrived, we couldn't believe how great this place was. All the rooms were large, the beds were so comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, a living room couch big enough for all six of us to share. There were TVs in every room, but we all wanted to watch together on the big screen with Netflix and HBO. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The beautiful table seats 6. The porch was the best part with lots of seating, an awning for shade and we could see the beach just 1-1/2 blocks down the street. The porch was my happy place and I was there as much as possible. We were even treated to a big thunderstorm one evening where we all sat on the porch and got to see the whole thing. Exciting - and we were nice and dry. Then there were the beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas and 4 bikes. You couldn't ask for more. We all just loved the place!

This house was a fantastic fit for two families on vacation. Very clean, very nice, with a very comfortable porch and well-stocked kitchen. It is an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and ice cream. Our host’s restaurant recommendations were spot on - everyone we tried was a hit! I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at our rental property on Brighton Place. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk made it easy for everyone to come and go throughout the day.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of our favorite features was the porch. It was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the mornings and unwind together in the evenings after a fun day at the beach.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental to other families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Ocean City. We hope to be back!

We loved the location of this property being so close to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the beginning of boardwalk shops and rides. Communication with owner was fantastic as well. Very well equipped rental.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great vacation week and Sue’s property was everything we wanted and more. Perfect for families, in an amazing location, and thoroughly cleaned with many little extras I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay

The home was in excellent condition and had everything you needed for a couple day stay. Everything was clean, the location was within walking distance to beach and boardwalk, and the owners checked in to make sure everything was going well. Great place to stay with a toddler.
