Summary:
This countryside home is great for a large family vacation! Situated on 11 acres, there is plenty of space to explore inside and outside. The house is perched on top of a hill and has 180 degree views of beautiful northern Michigan. The house has a full wraparound porch with plenty of space to grill and hangout! The main floor has an open layout and room for everyone! The house has 4 beds, 3.5 baths and sleeps 13 comfortably in beds!

The Space:
This is a spacious home in Traverse City situated on 11 sunny acres! There is a ton of extra space and we can host many different types of groups! Outside there is parking for 6 or more cars on site and plenty of room to put any toys.

The wraparound deck is amazing and provides amazing views at all times of the day. There is also a foosball table on the porch if you want to have an impromptu tournament with your friends or family! The porch also has a grill for cooking up steaks or burgers and you can enjoy the meal outside on the outdoor picnic tables with seating for 12. Additional tables and chairs all around the porch.

We also have a fire pit in the backyard for summer bonfires under the stars!

The inside of the house is separated into a main floor, an upper level, and a lower level. The home has free wifi access and a washer and dryer in the basement if you want to get a head start on your laundry! This is a family-friendly home that also has a Pack N Play so you don't need to worry about packing extra stuff for a young child. All soaps, shampoos, towels and linens are provided for your use!

**Main Floor**
The main area as you walk into the house is an open concept. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all share an open space. The living room has a smart TV with access to all of your streaming options. The couch is a pullout queen bed with an upgraded mattress for additional comfort.

*Dining*
The dining area has a full size table with seating for 10. Additional dining areas are on the covered porch or picnic table in the lawn.

*Kitchen*
The kitchen has clean cabinets and stainless steel appliances . It is fully stocked and has everything you'll need for your stay...We have a Keurig with a starter kit of K-Cups including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for the kiddos! We also have a standard coffee maker if you prefer to brew a full pot. Ground coffee is also provided along with cream and sugar!

There is a full set of pots and pans available for cooking your meals. There are serving platters for taking burgers out to the grill and a toaster for your morning bagels.

We have all the glasses for wine, bubbly, and cocktails and even have plastic drinkware and plates for kids. There is even a blender for making margaritas or smoothies!

There is a half bath for daily use just off the kitchen/dining room.

*Upper Floor*
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor.

The main bedroom is a large room with amazing views of the countryside. It includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a double sink and large shower. There is plenty of extra space in either room to put up the Pack N Play for the baby. (It's in the closet in the bathroom!) The main bedroom also includes a 50" smart TV.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a 42" smart tv.

The third bedroom upstairs is perfect for the kids! There is a bunk bed with a trundle bed under for larger groups. (3 twin beds total).

There is also a common bathroom upstairs that is shared between two of the bedrooms that has a walk-in shower.

**Lower Level**
The lower level provides a lor of extra room for your trip. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and includes a queen bed and smart TV.

There is another sleeping area in the living area downstairs that has a pullout sofa with an upgraded queen mattress.

The fourth bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom downstairs and has a walk-in shower.

The laundry room is also located in the basement and is available for use if you need during your stay. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided.
