NEW! TC Ranch Therapy - Hot Tub, Sauna, Pool Table

The Ranch offers a charming, western-inspired atmosphere. Nestled on 8 acres of scenic land and surrounded by towering Blue Spruce pines, this spacious, upscale log home is the perfect escape. Just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City, it combines both convenience and serenity. After a day of exploration, unwind in the private sauna or soak in the hot tub under the stars. The expansive cedar deck showcases breathtaking views, and our game room hosts a Proline pool table & ping-ping table.

Smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. Guests will typically check in and spend the duration of their stay without seeing us. We are available 24/7 by text or phone should you have any needs or requests.

You are welcome to walk through the woods and around the 2 gated pastures that we own. We just ask that you do not walk or drive past the gate behind the house as it is another vacation rental that we own called Pine Ranch Therapy.

This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parents and couples. Enjoy rejuvenating in the Hot Springs hot tub in the private backyard, relaxing on the deck with gorgeous forest views, and making memories around the campfire, pool table, and ping pong table. We have water treatment system and Reverse Osmosis drinking water right at the kitchen sink... no need to bring/buy bottled water here!

The entry level has 2 King bedrooms, master bathroom, and a half bathroom. The game room with a ping pong table and pool table is in the heated garage.

We have a King and Queen bedroom upstairs with a full bathroom which hosts the Sauna.

In the lower level, we have a Queen bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa in the lower level living room.

We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!

We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.

Need a little more space? We own a barndominium just down the driveway through the gate called "Pine Ranch Therapy" that has a hot tub, 2 King bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. Let us know if you are interested in reserving this!

The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

Please do not drive or park on the grass because of our sprinkler and septic field. Also, please do not block the driveway on the left that extends past the house and through the gate, which leads to another vacation rental that we own.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $50/pet. We do have some pet rules that we ask you to abide by.

- Please crate pet if you leave your pet home alone.
- Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
