Relax and Enjoy!

We loved this place with the views and beachfront and wonderful pool. From breakfast on the balcony to evening swims, the peaceful breezes and gorgeous views made our stay perfect.

Fantastic stay at Caloosa Cove!

We have stayed at several places in the area. We definitely suffer from Keys disease! What a great week we enjoyed at Caloosa Cove. Despite rainy weather, we enjoyed the pool daily. Our unit was super clean and well-appointed. We used the kitchen and didn’t want for a thing! Loved having the dual bathroom which included a bathtub…those are a dwindling commodity these days. Just can’t say enough nice things about this place! Oh, and the people we met at the pool were SO friendly and welcoming. Hardworking, polite staff willing to accommodate any request. Just fantastic! Thanks for sharing your place!!

Seclusion and Middle Ground

Great property. In the middle of the keys to be able to get to any key relatively easily. Property has a secluded feel to where you don't feel at a resort. Private beach and restaurant on-site are a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

DONT BOTHER! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT both from property AND VRBO

Our flight was coming in to Miami quite late on the first of two nights we booked at this property. We informed the property at time of booking that we would need after hours check in. The property was very difficult to get in touch with. We finally got them on the phone during a layover on our flight down. They assured us we would be receiving after hours access information shortly and there was nothing to worry about. landing in Miami we still had no information. We couldn't get a hold of anyone from the property. We decided to start the long drive down to the property from Miami in hopes there would be some sort of security guard or emergency number on the office door and we would be able to gain access to our suite. No emergency number, no security gate like other properties in the area we have stayed at. We contacted a customer service rep from VRBO. He was not very helpful. We tried to explain our situation multiple times before he understood what was going on. He assured us that a manager would be calling us back immediately with a solution for us for the night. Nobody called us back. By this time we are exhausted and have no choice but for our family of six with four children between 4-15 years old to try to sleep in our rental van. In the morning attempting to sleep in the parking lot the office opened. The staff member Had the nerve to say not to worry we would not be charged for first night. VRBO still HASNT CONTACTED US.

We fully understand how upsetting it must have been to spend the night in your car, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As a gesture of goodwill, we did refund the first night of your stay. The issue arose due to an unexpected technical problem with our phone system, which unfortunately prevented the lockbox code from being sent. We also deeply regret that our after-hours service was unreachable when you needed support the most. Please know that we have addressed the technical issues and made improvements to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to learn from this experience.
