Brookside: Gorgeous Brookside Cabin Nestled next to Cosby and Gatlinburg Entrance.

Brookside is a 2 bedroom cabin located only 7.2 miles from the Gatlinburg city limit, minutes from downtown, and another short distance from the Cosby and Gatlinburg entrances to the National Park. This cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, 2 baths, a sleeper sofa, a wood burning fireplace, and a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Outside you can enjoy a game of pool, build a fire in the fire pit, or relax in the hot tub while looking out at the stream. If you feel like getting your feet wet, the cabin also has access to the stream. This cabin has a multitude of amenities for you and your family to enjoy. If you're looking for a great vacation, Brookside cabin is the perfect choice. Brookside is also pet freindly and we welcome pets under 50 pounds with a 50.00 non refundable pet fee. The perfect cabin!! The stream that runs in the back kept my 2 kids occupied for hours!! Such a beautiful cabin! We loved our stay here!

The creek was the best part! My wife and I enjoyed reading scripture and drinking coffee every morning beside it on the great little patio area. The kids loved the games below the home. The gentleman at the office was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only negative thing is that the property in general was not super clean. The shower curtain is way too long and oddly there was an empty jello cup found in the shower upon our first night of showers??? As with most rooms we have ever booked they could really take a little more pride in dusting/cleaning. Sure maybe not between every guest but once a month would do wonders! We knew it was a pet friendly option when booking but the rug in the living room is heavily stained and needs replacing. It made the room smell a little funky mixed with fireplace smoke. The bathroom in the room left of the entry has duck tape over holes?? Ultimately, rental properties and management should take more pride in their properties when they are charging as much as they do anywhere, not just here at “Brookside”. Overall though I still give it 5stars because it was a nice place, great employee interactions, perfect location to all areas of interest, and again the creekside patio was wonderful. I would and likely will stay with this company again just maybe not this particular cabin.

Very nice property. The creek was awesome. We actually swam in it. Cabin was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the pool table and fire pit. Only thing missing was hooks on the walls for hanging stuff up such as towels and clothes. Also props for the generac generator! I work for generac so i posed with it!

The Cabin was as it was described! Beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river running behind it was spectacular!!! Very easy to get in touch with the host if needed. We will definitely be back!!

At rest with nature.

The cabin nestled in the forest. sits beside the babbling creek ready to embrace you with sunshine and eveningtwilight sounds. A wonderful memory of the Smoky Mountain National Park.

Parkside is an awesome company to work with.

Other than the snow which I wanted the house was beautiful. Had wood. We had fires. We grilled use the jacuzzi often and the house was just in beautiful shape. Well supplied. What an awesome time and I would do it there again. Probably in January instead. But the staff of Parkside and checking in. They were there for me every moment when I had a question. They're A on my book

Brookside cab

Quiet little community away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Easy commute, and near a grocery store. We enjoyed the creek and hot tub. The arcade system kept our kids busy too!

The creek saved my sanity

To start with it is a beautiful area. The creek is 14 steps from the back door and the sound of it could put anyone to sleep! The water was so clear and clean and thank God for it because it occupied our 7 year old for HOURS. Hot tub was hot, water pressure and hot water tank time was so good! Washer and dryer were a great item to have. It was close enough to Gatlinburg that we could easily drive there but far enough away that we didn’t know there was crowds. They also provided parking passes so we saved tons of money! Now for the downfall… be aware you have to check in at their rental office and while yea they are open late that is the last thing I wanted to do after driving 10 hours with a full car of craziness, if you have trash that has to be taken out you have to call for pick up because they do not have bear safe cans outside, also there isn’t a broom to sweep the wood floors with if you drop coffee or drag in leafs which would be helpful. Those are all pretty minor complaints though so the good greatly outweighs.

Great time

Peaceful area, the babbling brook was so soothing. Only problem was the WiFi name. When I called the guy said lower case d and it was suppose to be upper case D. I wish I had the time and money to stay longer. My 10 yo granddaughter wants a house like the cabin.

Quiet creek getaway

Enjoyed my stay at Brookside. The water at the stream was cool and refreshing.The cabin has a laid back enjoy yourself feel and the bed was very comfortable. While grilling chicken and shrimp my pups Sandy and Sonic spotted a young bear across the stream. I found it a great addition to our cabin adventure.As i look forward to returning in the future there are a few adjustments that would have made my stay better. The jets in the hot tub were not working also the ice maker does not work. Small adjustments for an overall great stay. Easy directions 10 miles outside of Gatlinburg. I travel alone but i am sure your family will love this cabin.
