Situated on a private lane on Camano Island's Utsalady Bay, this home leaves little to be desired. Large upper deck with stunning views overlooking the beach, outdoor dining with an additional deck below for another vantage point. Inside boasts well equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a (queen) sleeper sofa and (queen)blow up mattress for plenty of resting...Camano Island is full of natural beauty, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether it is a quick romantic get-away or time with the family or friends, this is the perfect place. Enjoy walks on the beach or just sitting in the deck enjoying the stunning views and a chance to see seals or otters swimming, or bald eagles soaring overhead.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from Stanwood and just over an hour from Seattle and two hours from Vancouver. NO ferry necessary. It is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet family getaway.
Other things to note:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. As guests of our home, you are encouraged to enjoy yourself, but to also be respectful of our neighbors. They're very nice and we value their right to enjoy their surroundings as much as we do.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless approved by the host before booking. Visitors not included in the booking are also prohibited unless approved before check in.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoors of the property but must be mindful that this is a residential neighborhood, not a resort. A noise management solution will be in use to monitor excess noise. It does not record or monitor conversations but will notify the host if the noise level is excessive.

Spacious house, great stay

Overall, we had an absolutely amazing getaway here! This house is spacious, has super comfortable beds, and has amazing views of the water. The neighbors are close, which was generally fine. The driveway is incredibly steep and narrow! An all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle definitely helps. Backing out of the driveway is tricky in and of itself, but on top of that, the neighbors apparently have the parking spaces directly behind the driveway and like to work on their vehicles there, which makes backing out even more tricky. There is parking for this house in another area, but it was not marked and the neighbors had to show it to us. The house is nicely decorated, just be prepared to move several breakable things if you are bringing little ones. The owners keep their personal items there (clothes, bath products, alcohol and some food) and do not have them in locked cabinets/drawers. That was definitely different from other places we have rented. The stairs down to the beach are very steep as well, but was great to walk down and enjoy the private beach area. Overall, a very solid rental!

Beautiful views and lovely decor

Expansive windows could mesmerize you all day with water views, cloud formations, and bird activity. House is very comfortable, clean, and well organized. Super stocked kitchen is great and convenient! Cozy TV room downstairs. Lovely higher end finishes throughout. This home has everything you need.

Beautiful View Home

Lovely view home. Clean & very comfortable. Set up well for multiple people with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths & multiple couches. Plus 2 living areas (one up, one down) and multiple tv's, etc. which works well for families with kids, etc. Very well stocked for cooking, eating and any other vacation needs. Comfortable beds. Amazing large deck for relaxing or enjoying meals outside and enjoying the stunning view. Nicely decorated. Newer home and appears to have been recently renovated downstairs. Has stairs to the beach, unfortunately we didn't spend time on the beach as it disappears when the tide is in and it's a bit "rustic". Also, note driveway is narrow and steep and was a bit difficult to back out a larger SUV. Owner was responsive, very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. This appears to be a newer rental, so the only suggestions I would make are: 1. Provide a DVD player? We did bring movies to watch, so were disappointed we couldn't watch them. (Although property does have Netflix to choose movies from, which we did instead.) 2. Provide a variety of bed types to sleep on so renters can choose what's most comfortable for them? Though all beds were very comfortable, I'm not a big fan of memory foam mattresses or mattress toppers (I get too hot when I sink in), and it appeared every bed had memory foam of some type. 3. Provide some chaise lounges for the deck? We spent a lot of time on the deck reading and relaxing, would have been nice to have some lounge chairs. 4. Provide more windows that open upstairs in the main living areas? Yes, we rented during a time when it was quite warm. Though the large picture windows and view were stunning, the hot sun did make the living area quite warm, and without A/C we were thankful that there was a downstairs basement area that felt about 15 degrees cooler that we could escape to. There were only 2 windows upstairs that opened so couldn't really sufficiently cool the area down at night. 4. Would be nice if owners had a few "owner's closets or drawers" that they could lock away some of their personal items they keep there. I felt a little uncomfortable opening bedroom closets to hang clothes or bathroom drawers to find many personal items. Didn't want to be held responsible if they found something went missing down the road, etc. Have rented many VRBO homes in the past and most owners will lock away their own personal items they keep at the home. Otherwise, great place & would recommend! Thanks!

Beautiful waterfront home

Our family loved staying in this beautiful home. Amazing view, stair walk to beach, clean home. Great outdoor spaces for eating and enjoying the view. The downstairs was better for kids with fewer decorations out. We all had a lot of fun!

What an amazing home with incredible view

We enjoyed this beautiful Camano Island home, and Arden was a perfect host. She was great with communicating to us anytime. The view and beach access was incredible. We would definitely come back.

Home away from home

This home is incredible from its breathtaking location to the decor to the usable garage, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, fantastic bathrooms. It’s just a fantastic property. We felt privileged to stay here.
