Be in the Heart of Downtown Gatlinburg while staying in the City Bear Cabin. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 king with adjoining bath and 1 queen bedroom. The large living room area has a gas burning fireplace and overlooks the outdoor patio area with hot tub and gas fire-pit. The large modern kitchen and dining area has seating for 10, a half bath, and is just off of the bonus room where fun awaits with pool table and game machine. Great home with an awesome location

A great home with room to spread out and relax. So close to the main attractions in Gatlinburg. The beds are comfortable, pillows ok. We would stay here again. Such an easy location.

Really nice home and great location

The home is really lovely. It was clean and had plenty of space for us. It was within walking distance of pretty much everything that we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home just a short walk from the main strip

We enjoyed our stay at CityBear. The home was a two minute walk to the main Gatlinburg strip / shopping area and a short drive to many great hikes in the area. The rooms of the home were a nice size and our family enjoyed the game room. The home was very clean and nicely decorated - the taxidermy was a nice touch. You can't beat the location - we would stay here again.

Love the cabin feel not the downtown feeling.. but the with downtown accessibility! Love being able to walk to the strip and not having to drive! It was awesome can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be close to downtown without paying for parking. This house allowed us to park and walk. We didn't have to move the car unless we wanted to leave. It was great and provided plenty of space for our family.

Great Stay

Great large and comfortable property. Clean and nice- very inviting. Video game, pool table, and jacuzzi are fun touches. We recommend the owners put in a couple more towels and hangers for the clothing racks. Also, there is a great full size washer and dryer not listed in the amenities. Overall, well equipped with pots/pans and coffee maker, etc. Excellent walkability to the convention center and main drag.

cozy stay

This was the perfect house for my annual girls trip. The house was very roomy and close to the main attractions. The only suggestion I would make is if there were condiments available. It would have been nice to have tea or coffee available. Even a little sugar.

Fabulous Location!

City bear was only two blocks from the main Gatlinburg strip. You could easily walk to everything, especially Sherlyn distillery and the yellow chair left to the skywalk. The cabin itself was well furnished and beautifully decorated. We love sitting out back by the fire pit after a busy day walking around. Game room was an unexpected bonus and had a pool table shuffleboard video game console and large green TV, perfect hang out and if you have kids or teenagers. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Dance competition, and this was the best part.

This house was absolutely amazing. It is so convenient. We were at the convention center all week at a dance competition, so the walk was ideal for us. The rooms were wonderful, comfortable beds, lovely living space. The hot tub was a favorite for sure. The only downfall was the back bedrooms didnt cool as well, so bring a fan if you are like me and need it cooler. I highly recommend staying at this location!!

Perfect location to walk to all attractions

This condo is super close to the main parkway and is an easy walk since the sidewalk is pretty flat. The street comes out on the parkway directly across from Walgreens and Sugarland distillery. We walked everywhere. The beds were so comfortable. Excellent water pressure in shower. Hot tub, firepit and grill were in excellent condition. Bonus game room got alot of use. Only downside was that the dryer wasn't working. Everything else was perfect!

Dance competition stay

We were in town a week for a dance competition at the convention center. This is a perfect location to stay if you are going to be in and out at the convention center for any event! It’s a short walk across a parking lot to the entrance. You will save on travel time and parking fees! The house is so much more spacious than what the pictures make it seem. Two families stayed together and we all had space to hang together or take a break from each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week and the gas grill is a major plus. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The hot tub and fire pit are a great way to relax after a long day. If you are looking for convenience to the convention center and parkway, this is the perfect location for you!

Incredible location and great space!

Great house with good space for a large family traveling together or 2 couples with children. Plenty of communal space and outdoor patio was especially nice. 2 bedrooms had en-suite baths and the other 2 bedrooms share a nice bathroom. Enough "starter" toiletries for 3 days. It is run through a rental company so not as many personal touches as some vrbos that I have rented from (in terms of extras like a stocked kitchen or welcome gift) but completely appropriate. You do need to check-in at a central location, which was seamless, but need to only give them a call on the way out to check-out. Location could not have been better. Outdoor hottub and pool table were fun! I would rent this house again without a doubt.

Great House & Location

PRO’S: Absolutely loved the house and the location. Lots of great amenities, perfect place for a larger group. Such easy proximity to the main strip. Clutter free. Safe neighborhood! Loved the relaxing patio with fire pit and jacuzzi. Well appointed kitchen. Will definitely stay here again but will bring some things with us to make the stay better. The management company is very responsive. CON’S: Small lumpy pillows on king size beds should never happen. King size beds should have large pillows. All the pillows were awful. Bringing our own pillows and sheets next time as sheets were rough and scratchy, not soft. Recommend bringing large beach towels for jacuzzi use as towels are very small and no extra. House towels should be full size and beach towels should be available for jacuzzi. Master bedroom has THREE windows with no curtains. Not only is the light pouring in annoying but realizing people can see right into the room and onto the bed from condo next door is a serious privacy issue. Needs addressed immediately!! Some other small things like trash cans in each bedroom, pool table needs leveled (has cardboard pieces shoved under one end but still isn’t level), no blankets in the house (they were brought on request) could all easily be fixed and bring the experience to a 5 star one. Not deal breakers but would make the experience better!

This was our favorite place that we’ve ever stayed! There was so much room to spread out and it was just a short walk to the parkway. Very clean!
