Experience luxury in this newly constructed home, featuring top-notch amenities such as an indoor heated saltwater pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, and a theater equipped with a 70” flat-screen TV. The master suite boasts a dual see-through fireplace, spacious bath, and a bedside jacuzzi, ensuring ultimate relaxation. Conveniently located near Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains, this expansive home accommodates up to 12 guests across its three levels, each adorned with beautiful décor.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, offering granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main level is home to the lavish master suite, complete with a full bath, private toilet, jacuzzi, and flat-screen TV/DVD. On the upper level, you'll find two king-sized bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom. The loft area, overlooking the great room, features a pool table and games for endless entertainment, including a multi-cade and air hockey table.

The lower level includes an additional bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV/DVD, and a full en-suite bathroom. The theater room, also located on this level, provides a cinematic experience with a 70” flat-screen TV and DVD player. The indoor heated saltwater pool, maintained at 79 degrees, offers year-round enjoyment.

We had a group of 8 and the property accommodated everyone very comfortably. The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the necessities we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and game room, which were great for both adults and kids. The location was convenient to Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore the area. The community pool was clean, welcoming, and a highlight for our grandkids, who had a wonderful time. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful home but we had issues...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I searched for weeks to find the perfect rental and finally decided on Serenity Peak because of the lay-out, amenities and location. I was sent numerous emails regarding check-in and check-out procedures however I was NEVER informed prior to our arrival that the downstairs theater/bedroom A/C was broken! The temperature was 84* in the theater & a portable A/C was placed in the bedroom. I called & someone brought a box fan which did not cool off the room at all. I was told by this maintenance guy that someone would be there by Monday to do the repair. I called on Monday to verify and then was sent a text that the part was ordered but hadn't arrived. Management of 365 should have informed me of this issue prior to my family's arrival. I did not pay this kind of money for a box fan & portable A/C! Because of this we were unable to use the theater room with our grandsons due to the heat in the room. The A/C was finally repair Friday afternoon but by the then we were departing the next morning. We also couldn't use the sauna because it was on the same circuit as the portable A/C and would shut off the portable A/C when we tried to turn the sauna on. In the kitchen in front of the stove my daughter tripped on a flooring plank that is broken & needs to be replaced before someone gets injured. Even with the issues we encounter, my family & I made the best of our stay. The home was clean, comfortable beds and quiet location.

That was our oversight, and it is not the level of communication or customer service we strive to provide. While unexpected maintenance issues can occur, we make every effort to notify guests before arrival if there is an issue that cannot be resolved prior to check-in. We are truly sorry that this did not happen in your case, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing it was, especially after choosing this home for its layout and amenities. We appreciate your patience while our maintenance team worked to obtain the necessary part and complete the repair. Unfortunately, the delay in receiving the replacement part was outside of our control, but our failure to proactively communicate with you was not, and we take full responsibility for that. Thank you as well for letting us know about the damaged flooring plank. We are investigating the issue and discussing the appropriate repairs with the property owner to ensure it is addressed promptly. Our General Manager will be reaching out to you directly to discuss your experience. We value your feedback and are committed to learning from this situation so we can provide the level of service our guests expect and deserve. We also appreciate your kind comments about the cleanliness of the home, the comfortable beds, and the peaceful location. We're glad your family was still able to make the most of your time together despite these challenges. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies.
