Come feed the fish and might even see an alligator or two in the river. Very peaceful atmosphere.

Annual Fam Vacay

Our second time to stay at this rental and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. Quiet and peaceful plus we have our own boat slip. Not to mention the fishing is next level. Highly recommend!

Family Fall Break

Something for everyone to be had at this very comfortable, very quiet channel-point property. This accommodation allowed us to bring our boat and we had the best weekend fishing. We will be returning and I hope it’s soon!

Five Star plus - PERFECTION!

Everything about the location, decor, cleanliness is absolutely the best out of the numerous places we have stayed through VRBO. There were three couples that stayed here for a long weekend of fishing and football. The convenience of having the boat slip right at our back door was an extra plus. The house is very spacious and with six people we never felt crowded at all. The extra supplies were nice - we didn't have to buy anything while we were there! The welcome goodies made us feel so at home - another nice plus! We will definitely book here again!

Perfect place for a family who likes to fish and play

Everything was perfect! Comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, clean and spacious rooms, large balconies with beautiful views, easy river access and with covered boat slip, even a garage that stays cool on 100 degree days! We couldn't ask for better accommodations and personalized keyed access. Everything was easy and felt like home away from home.

Very Relaxing and Pleasant

The location was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and very comfortable. However, the most impressive aspect of our trip was how accommodating Brad was. Always available for questions via text or phone call, he even checked in with us when the neighborhood lost power offering an update as to when the power company expected it to be fixed. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and expect to be back.

Fishing Trip

What an awesome experience all together. I can’t say enough about the communication with the owner. Brad was very quick to respond to any questions and offered additional information. The property is top notch and so peaceful to sit under the boat house after long days on the water fishing. I will definitely be booking again and have already give the listing number to a couple of different friends.

Hanging out and fishing

We really enjoyed this place. It was peaceful with a great view. Sipping coffee and watching the sun come up was treat every morning. We brought our boat to do some fishing and couldn't have asked for better. Even at low tide you can easily get your boat to and from the covered boat house. The channel goes straight to the river. Not a long hot slow going no wake zone. The people coming by on their boat were friendly. There are plenty of covered areas to get out of the sun and cool off for a quick lunch or a cold one. If the waves are a little too rough in the sound, you can always take a nice ride up the river. It's beautiful and definitely worth a cruise up it. All in all, it was great trip with great fishing. We will be back.

Fabulous

What a gem! Four of us stayed in the house. It’s on the river with a wonderful back porch with a swing. So peaceful. Our host provided us with water, snacks, and coffee. The owner was available if we needed him…which we didn’t. We would absolutely book here again. We hated to leave .
