This home comes with a 24-hour onsite Butler that lives on the property in a private, detached carriage house. The Butler duties are as follows:
• Greet guests upon arrival with a refreshing beverage on the grand porch before getting you settled into your rooms
• Acts as the guest liaison for all aspects of your stay
• Anticipates the guests needs by learning preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
• Take inventory and restock home supplies as needed
• Assist guests with the option of bringing in local Chefs for menu ideas and meal preparation
• Daily table settings for evening meals
• Programming the pool system to meet guests needs
• Recommend and arrange amenities/activities for guests including but not limited to excursions, tours, dining, spa visits, fitness, ect.
• Arrange transportation
• Communicate daily with housekeeping, landscaping, pool service and home maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly and maintenance is done at convenient times for guests
• Follow up and confirm arrangements for guests
