Enjoy your own oasis with a sparkling private pool, surrounded by ample lounging space. Perfect for refreshing dips under the sun or evening cocktails under the stars.



The Space:

Stylishly designed interiors feature a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining spaces ideal for hosting memorable meals with loved ones. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and ample storage, ensuring a restful stay for up to 12 guests.

Getting Around:

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and a corresponding space in front of the driveway on the street, both of which are reserved for this property. Any additional street parking is first come first serve and can be difficult to find.



There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi or by feet. This unit is located in downtown Key West and many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

The Rigby House is fabulously located. The property is quiet and very luxurious. The heated pool was such a treat. For any questions that we had, they were quick to respond.

This house had it all. The best part was that the beds were amazingly comfortable and the showers were great. If I were being picky, I wish that had glass stemware as we had a catered dinner at the house, but that’s how great this house was. That’s the only critique we had.

Key West Customer Fishing trip

the property was top notch. the only minor issue we had was with the refrigerator but it was minor and the host had someone there very quickly to diagnose the problem.all in all it was perfect for our group in size and location.

The Rigby House

We had a great time! The house was beautiful! Enjoyed the open kitchen/living space. And appreciated that each bedroom had it's own bathroom! We were a little concerned at first b/c the house is right next to a parking lot, but no issues as there is an attendant there. Plus it is a great location, so close to dining and shopping! A fun family experience!

The RIGBY house was awesome! From the moment we entered the property to the moment we had to say goodbye to Key West, we had an amazing time. The place was clean and spacious. Certainly a 10/10 in all aspects of the property. We will be coming back. Chris at Bright Wild was super responsive with any item we needed to discuss. Thanks for making our 25th wedding anniversary a special time with the best of friends.

Great house in a superb location! Plenty of room to hang out, and comfortable beds. Had an issue with the oven and the ice-maker. Maintenance came over right away, but unfortunately, the repairs/parts were not available until after we checked out. Management was communicative and responsive to all our questions and requests. Would rent here again!
