Comforts of home as you relax in a beautiful and completely renovated retreat with a beach industrial vibe. It's hard to believe this beauty was built in 1939. All new furniture, luxury vinyl plank flooring, cabinets, and appliances.

Accommodations for 7 include a master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a loft for 3. (Side A: 3 twins and/or Side B: a full with 1 twins).

Lust in the beautiful peekaboo view of the sunrise and pastel sunsets from the kitchen window as you prepare a full meal or quick snack. Outside, under a canopy of palm trees, is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a family meal.

Head out the door and across the street to beach access 33 for an amazing day on the beach and the fun of PCB. No crowds, no elevators or stairs for entry, come and go with ease! Park your car in the private driveway and enjoy your vacation getaway. Great location if you are a Floribama Shore fan as this home is situated across the street from the house where the show was filmed.

*We offer reservations to include both sides for vacationing families and friends that want to stay together. There is also an adjoining door in living room that can be unlocked for space to move between Unit A & B when rented together.* See VRBO 2837555 to reserve unit B.

Loved this little duplex.

House was perfect for us- upstairs was a tight squeeze (we had a 7 Foot friend) but we managed. Very clean and beds were amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

Great rental right on the beach

Great rental right on the beach. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly what we needed for our family. Has washer and dryer which was AMAZING to have as our kids wanted to go to the beach every single day.

Home away from home!

We had a GREAT stay this week! The house was just as it was pictured. Very clean, steps away from the beach - not crowded like high riser condos! - and great location away from the crowds and pier park! The property manager was great and even offered an early check-in which we took advantage of and very much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

A treasure in PCB

We were pleasantly surprised by this adorable beach house! Beach access was literally steps away. We did have a minor AC issue but the owner was very helpful and prompt to resolve the issue.

Awesome Weekend!!

Casa Verano was absolutely perfect for our weekend. 1 minute walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood, tucked away off the main road so no traffic or road noise. The house was very inviting and comfortable, plenty of room downstairs. The upstairs loft was a bit dicey to climb the stairs, but worked out perfect for me. I shall definitely stay here again!!

The BEST Location

The location alone made the VRBO worth it! It is literally 10 seconds from the beach access. The location is also not right in the middle of a crowd of people on the beach because it is spread a little further from the huge hotels. You can tell that it is taken care of and is super clean. It had a full kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms with a bed, 2 huge full bathrooms, and a loft upstairs that had 3 twin beds. It also had an outdoor shower to get sand off after the beach. I will 100% be booking here again next year!
