Prestige VILLA is a private residence of 260 sq.m. in a private area of 2.000
sq.m.. South West of Mykonos in one of the most privileged areas of the island. This
luxurious villa is located next to the blue waters of the Aegean Sea painting them with
the wonderful colours of the sun which sets in ancient Delos and are reflected in the
town of Mykonos. It’s about a fantastic villa and it’s name is originated from the ancient
philosophos Aristotelis who taught “happiness comes from the man’s own perfection”.
So Prestige VILLA is ideal for those who seek high standard holidays and
protection of their own privacy in a beautiful location with an easy access to the
wonderful beaches of the island such as Ornos, Platy Gialos, Psarou etc. as well as the
town of Mykonos which is the centre of cosmopolitan night life.
Prestige VILLA is devided into three levels.On the first level-ground floor-which
overlooks the swimming pool and the beach, there are the kitchen, the dining room, the
sitting room with two sofa beds and two couches, the bathroom and a storage. On the
second level there is a suite with a private balcony and the master bedroom overlooking
the pool, the sea and the town of Mykonos. On the third level there is a master bedroom
with two balconies, one of which has a view to the pool, the sea and the town of
Mykonos as well. Apart from the above, there are also two master houses with
independent entrances at the pool level.
Prestige VILLA has a private 90 sq.m. infinity pool, overlooking the sunset with
outdoor shower and a beautiful large outdoor dining lounge area with barbeque. The
villa offers parking space for 5 cars and can host up to 12 people. The most important of
all are the surroundings around the pool, where visitors can relax sunbathing on the
wooden deckchairs or on the comfortable stone-made sofas, having drink at the bar or
having a barbeque . It also combines high quality decoration with luxurious fabrics in
every room. Thus an aura of comfort is created which is fully in harmony with the
